***CAVITY FILL NIGHTMARE*** This is a long one, but worth…read morethe read. I had been a patient here for years and had lots of good experiences. That's until I let them know I was moving, and attitudes seemed to change. I needed three cavities filled and was able to squeeze in an appointment a few days before my move. It was a long and uncomfortable experience. I believe I was given too much numbing cream and was extremely numb for a good part of the day. The dental assistant even made a comment, "wow, you're really numb". When they finished, I went down the hall to use the restroom. When I looked in the mirror, I immediately noticed a change to one of my teeth. I have the front four bonded and it was clear that one had been chipped. I went back into the office and was brushed off by the lady that did the fillings. Thinking I was crazy, I left and went home. Looking again in the car and when I went home, I was certain there was a small chip and a bit of a jagged edge to my tooth. With my move around the corner, I debated on going back. That's until I tried to floss... between the teeth that were filled, I could barely get floss in and actually broke my floss trying. At this point, I knew I had to go back. When I sat down and explained to the dentist about the chip and problem getting floss in between the filled teeth, he literally shrugged his shoulders at me. ZERO apology for chipping my tooth. I understand my teeth are bonded, but this has not happened in decades, and was clearly their doing. He said my options were to file the rough edge or CHARGE ME $200 to add bonding. Yes, the bonding THEY broke, I would have to pay to get fixed. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had with a business. I honestly just wanted to get out of there, so had him file it. This left me with a slightly larger gap, but I figured I would just live with it. Fast forward a couple weeks, and I'm now moved across country. One of the teeth that they filled, is now sensitive to cold and I'm going to have to find a dentist quickly to look at it and fix it. WOW. I am absolutely disgusted at the whole situation and they will not receive a penny from me, outside of what they've taken from insurance. This was a reminder, that you never really know someone or a company, until you do. I would warn anyone going here, that they may present to have your best interest in mind, until they don't.

My bad experience came immediately after the numbing injections wore off, and the weeks of painful aftercare that ensued thereafter - that still persists at this very moment. Right now, 3 months later, I'm still taking pain meds to eat on my right side only, because without the meds, I can only eat on my left side. AND THE LEFT SIDE HAD ***NO PAIN*** when I scheduled the appointment!!!!! ..I went there to simply have filings removed and a crown put in, and now I have to find a QUALIFIED dentist to repair all the damage. I cannot believe I have nor posted previously on here (see prior review on Google) but Dr. Alyssa is amazing, Halle was my hygienist and is fantastic. Both of them teach you better teeth care, and after going to the dentist for over 30 years, I should not have to be learning new things about dental care, but I had never had a dentist teach me better tips and tricks. Marne works the front desk and is so sweet always helpful. The office is set up for text reminders which is great and you can reply, even better! About today's appointment, I was eager to get a crown on a tooth that was darkening and chipping, I had a root canal years prior and never crowned it, it was showing! So it was finally part one of the crown process. It is a long appointment, but they kept it super entertaining. And Bob Ross was on the TV!! Also its freezing in there, they got me a blanket!!!! I was actually starting to relax about this process. The time the doctor spent making sure my TEMPORARY Crown was perfectly blended was just seriously top notch, I don't think I'd ever imagined a doctor spending the time to do that for a crown I will have less than 3 weeks! She is so meticulous in the best way! I cannot say I love the picture I have attached, but I love that my previously dead tooth now blends in so well that it looks more real than a real (yet crooked) tooth does! I was already feeling so lucky, happy to pay whatever was due, and I paid the reasonable amount and asked what part 2 would cost in a few weeks. Marne made my night when she told me what I paid today covered part 2 as well! This has a very great dental visit!
