What if the electric power fails at their office or the PT gets covid,cancels within 24 hr? Does the customer get $50.00? I doubt it. They say that the customers should know what their health insurance covers so if they do a procedure and it is not covered by insurance then the customer stills pays. To me that's not accepting Medicare assignment. They can charge whatever they want and do anything. If their customers are attorneys and physical therapists themselves, read their health insurance policies then maybe Garner PT is okay.

I went for about three months and was never assigned to an actual therapist. The only way you know who is actually a professional licensed physical therapist with a master's degree versus a PT aide with a diploma from a vo-tech is if you snag each of their business cards. Name tags are not on display. Names not really offered. Also, a home exercise plan wasn't offered because, well, I didn't have an assigned therapist. I am positive that that a generic exercise plan or maybe no plan at all was enacted. They tried to get me to extend it and again I am sure they saw I had PT visits left for the year and they were hoping to extend into the next year. I did the same exercises without progressing to harder, longer ones. I also was not reevaluated to determine if I had achieved needed more therapy. They just told me to sign up for more. When I left, I had no idea if I could walk up stairs, if my balance had improved, how far I could walk my dog, nothing. I was a fool to keep going. You can actually go to any PT practice you want to go to no matter where you may have been referred to as long as you have a Dr referral and have a means to pay.

went in for an appointment at 9 am. chose this chiropractic office because it's so much closer…read morethan my last chiropractor. after 45 minutes of waiting, i asked what was going on. the 1 girl said having issues with getting my insurance cleared. NEVER EVER HAD THAT PROBLEM BEFORE!!! my last chiropractor's office staff had it approved & ready to go in minutes. i called my insurance co. after i walked out of the office, frustrated, was told by BC/BS that there are NO issues as i have a PPO and don't even need a referral or approval & that they don't understand why the office girl even checked with insurance approval. they were confused as much as i was. staff seems friendly BUT TOTALLY INEPT! guess i'll have to drive a bit farther out to find higher qualified doctor/office. the doctor is ONLY as good as who represents him in the front. i would never return NOR recommend this company/office. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
