They are *booked so far in advance* that I cannot get in for even one more appointment for two weeks. Sadly, this seems to be the norm (one appointment here, another appointment there); it is apparent that three visits/week are not possible, so I will be researching other clinics where I can receive the care needed for the very recent TKA. This saddens me, because I really liked the physical therapist and PTA I worked with those three appointments.

They were excellent until covid came along. In the process they allowed fear to take over and made an agreement with a large corporation. I didn't see much change until September this year when I needed them again. Now I seriously am thinking of changing if I can find someone else who can do what I need. This new company sold them a package which changed everything for the worse. The service has deteriorated quickly since September. Communication and scheduling has suffered. I was supposed to be having therapy once a week and in November was seen once. I find no fault with the people in the field. They are struggling to do their jobs. The parent company also tried to introduce a vaccine mandate. Even doctors are having difficulty scheduling their patients for therapy. Just a heads up. I hope things will get better but it doesn't look promising.
