They definitely needed to be looked at, our technician Tate said it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Also when the fan came on it was very noisy. Tate was very knowledgeable, he explained everything. He cleaned and made sure that the fans were secure. Now the noise is gone and no more stale smell. We are very satisfied with Tate work and the bill was reasonable. We highly recommend A & R.
