My dining companions had the non-vegan Tortilla Papdi Chaat and creamy tomato soup, and enjoyed both. All entrees are served with delicately spiced and perfectly fluffy basmati rice. I ordered the Bagara Baingan, which I had never tried but plan to again - often. The sliced eggplant cooked in peanut, sesame and curry sauce is EPIC.
