I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. Shane took us to a wine trail in Geneva and he was so patient and accommodating. We had emailed other companies that offer tours but I found Shane to be the nicest person and also very prompt in his responses. The prices are also very reasonable. I know during this pandemic we are worried about sanitation and social distancing. Shane's transportation was very clean and Shane had a mask on the whole time. We also made sure we had our mask on throughout the ride and tour. Geneva is this small little town and there is so much to do there. Lots of shopping, restaurants, chocolate shops, and of course wine. Shane did all his research and it was nice because some of the tasting rooms and the winery were expecting us.
