When I called PEAK, the receptionist indicated that Julie would conduct my analysis which consists of two 1-1.5 hour consultations and costs $150, out of pocket because insurance does not pay for such services. She further explained 1st session was a video analysis and recommendations and 2nd was for reevaluation once I've implemented her recommendations. Seemed reasonable. During my initial session, Julie was clearly overbooked, rushed through the analysis and didn't have time to go through her recommendations in detail as she had 2 clients waiting. (Note - 1 left after 20 minutes because he just didn't want to wait anymore.) After 45 minutes, Julie said she would email me her recommendations but never did, even after I emailed to remind her. Since Julie never responded, I called to see if I could come in and get those recommendations in person. No prob. I waited for 20 minutes as she finished with another patient. Then, she starts to dry needle another patient. While she sticks needles in a patient, she proceeded to shout her recommendations to me across the room. I couldn't believe it. We spent 15 minutes tops with multiple interruptions as she dry-needled and worked with yet another client, much less allowed for any questions. Her parting words were if you want more time, schedule a physical therapy session with me. At that point, I realized she meant the few interrupted minutes we just had was my 2nd session. Wait .. what? I didn't want to make a scene, so I emailed her later to clarify in hopes she would be willing to schedule an actual 2nd session but never received a response. I must say I was sorely disappointed in my experience. I got the sense that Julie/PEAK only saw the running analysis as a way to bring in more physical therapy patients. I do believe Julie is knowledgeable and could help aspiring runners, but her approach was disorganized and unprofessional. Because I wasn't interested in physical therapy, she made me feel like a nuisance than a patient/client. I was just a means to an end, a meaningless number. I do not feel that I received much value and would not recommend PEAK for running analysis.

I went to the Chesterfield location for the Biote hormone replacement therapy. First of all, the…read morestaff is very friendly, but not really helpful. Communication is terrible. I paid over $1700 for 2 pellet treatments and the Biote dietary supplements. The last appointment I had, they did not inform me before I arrived that it would cost me an additional $375. I had spoken to them multiple times on the phone because I had to reschedule and was not told it would cost me more money. I was also told that someone would call me to discuss the issue, and that was over 2 weeks ago and no call as of today (8/29). I'm sure they offer other stuff that may be beneficial, but for me, this was really a waste of time and money.

Upon request of status of correction update, herded into private room, cornered, trapped, verbally assaulted and intimidated made to choke and left helplessly choking in retaliation and intimidation to continue defrauding the US Government. Police report filed at McCracken County Sheriff and Kentucky District 1 State Police. Of course, medical insurance fraud continues and no laws will ever be enforced because it is not about extremism left or right.
