I made a call to him the week before Christmas and he gave me some prices that were not great or affordable. I told him I would get back to him. We we very sad to see it go but were worried about a storm bringing it down. They fit us in before we had a new fence installed, which we really appreciated. They took great care in bringing it down safely. The crew worked well together and left me, at my request, a large slab of the tree to make into a table. And cleaned up well before they departed. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that they did not protect my lawn, as they had said they would, and it got very torn up by their truck as a result. Other than the lawn issue I would highly recommend them.

They quickly came out to give an estimate which was much more competitive than previous quotes we had received. They had great advice on types of wood and posts to ensure longevity. We had some trouble receiving the initial invoice, but once that was paid, they were in our yard within a few weeks. The work was quick, it took two days to complete, and is truly impeccable. The lines are straight, they cleaned up after themselves, and the posts seems sturdy. They were also very careful not to trample our shrubs, which were right near the new fence line. You can tell they made an effort to select the best panels for the front of the yard and the imperfect ones were placed in the fence behind our garage. We appreciated that attention to detail. South Sagamore's communication could have been improved, but overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence on Cape Cod!
