This place, it's instructors AND the owner are all wonderful people. There have been a number of improvements to the dojo and wonderful additions to the staff. Coach Troy, Coach Charles, Master Moore and Coach Khan have been excellent teachers and role models for the children. They've recently updated their curriculum and Master Moore has brought a high degree of discipline and expert instruction to PMA. Coach Khan is a very caring and involved owner, he listens and truly cares about the children and the families. Coach Khan has amazing vision and kindness. He is always striving to improve his studio. Everyone on this staff is personable, kind, patient and effective. Our son has grown into a more disciplined, independent and persistent young man. We've found this particularly helpful as this has been the ONLY activity that he has remained with this long. He is going into his third year with PMA. Our son has high functioning autism and ADHD and one of the BEST things we found for him was PMA! We've seen a distinct increase in his confidence, attention span, self-regulation and his willingness to help others. This has been a wonderful social outlet for him as well. Master Kilburn and other black belts work individually with students to ensure their knowledge and understanding of concepts and forms. The after school program does a fabulous job of working with and tutoring children to improve academic success. Students receive one-on-one tutoring in addition to access to computers to assist with homework and educational games. My children have been at UTH for the past five years; I have been extremely pleased with services provided at this establishment. In addition to providing after school tutoring, martial arts lessons, and social skill instruction, UTH also has awesome summer camps that incorporate fine arts, music, talent shows, and other sports into instructional programming for youth!

He is not only teaching your child about marital arts, but about honesty, integrity, respect, discipline and so much more. We attend training three days a week and it is a great workout, and our 11 year has learned so much and has significantly increased his flexibility and athleticism. They also have adult fitness classes twice a week which I am hoping to attend. Mr. Hong has three additional instructors that also uphold the strong teaching ethics that he has set forth. We just celebrated our son's 11th birthday party this past weekend with a party sat Eternal Martial Arts and his friends LOVED IT! All the coaches care about are your dues and have power trips even they are not even athletic. The coaches were not even successful individually. Fighters make gyms not coaches. I learned some martial arts but it was very expensive and not worth the injuries that I received from training with angry team members there.
