He sent me a full refund for the amount I paid back in 2023. I've seen many five star reviews elsewhere and I think he's driven to maintain that. While I appreciate the refund, the casual disregard to repair the leaks on this installation took a ton of my time, and I'm certainly out more than what I was refunded, but I have learned a lot in this 2 year long process. I'm just writing to relay my experience as to inform the next customer, not to damage a local company's reputation as that is not my intent at all.
