Their chemicals are actually a great value vs. the crap that is sold at Sam's & WalMart that doesn't work (DO NOT waste your money on WalMart's algaecide). They do free pool water sampling and, if you follow their instructions, their recommendations always work. Plus, I've gone in for chemicals without a coupon but they still provide the discount (that earns then 5 stars) and they have some kind of loyalty program that earns credits towards merchandise. He sent me a full refund for the amount I paid back in 2023. I've seen many five star reviews elsewhere and I think he's driven to maintain that. I'm just writing to relay my experience as to inform the next customer, not to damage a local company's reputation as that is not my intent at all.
