I had several additional requests which they accommodated such as adding an extra drain line and additional return vent and all the work was done as requested. Since completion of the job, they have come back on routine maintenance visits to keep the system up and running and the cost of which was included with the original work. I therefore. have been very pleased with after-installation service. Separately, I used them for plumbing, specifically replacing a sink faucet, repairing a garbage disposal, and repairing a leaky shower fixture. I was very pleased with this service as well. Especially the garbage disposal because all it needed was a minor turn of a crank to loosen it up instead of a full replacement, which saved me a significant amount of money. Obviously, overall, I'm very happy with their services. I will be using them again and highly recommend.

It's unbelievable but some companies required upfront deposit even before assessment of the issue. Our technician,Brian, was on time, called prior, came with shoe covers, quickly identified problems with toilet, gave us estimates and couple options to think about. I called next morning and next business day he returned and completed repair. Again on time, very professional and leave no dirt or waste after job. Prices are horribly high now everywhere, but plumbing can't be avoided,so their price point is adequate to area, but service is superb. Can't deduct star for high prices, because they are using gas and supplies which are horrible now.

They are responsive and reliable, diagnose the issue, deliver a fair estimate, and render excellent plumbing services, with a good value for the money. I'm a landlord living remotely, so most interactions with them are done via Yelp messaging, phone, and text, while our tenants deal with them face-to-face. They also accept various forms of mobile payment (Zelle, Paypal, cash, credit card, etc.), so being out of State has never been a problem. They make me and my tenants happy because they are reliable and professional...and always keep their word (unlike many other contractors and plumbers out there these days). And even when they have unforeseen issues come up (after all, they are human), they communicate openly and honestly and make fair attempts to re-schedule and accommodate us. I rest much easier at night knowing I have them for all my plumbing needs.

The heater wasn't producing enough heat during a time when the temperatures were really starting to go down. I thought it was due to wiring issues on my ecobee system. A tech came out, looked at the wiring, and proceeded to work on the system down stairs. Apparently it was due to the refrigerant being low. Had no idea, that refrigerant was needed to produce heat. All in all, it was fixed and was done quickly. Not sure how the price compares but I think it was fair.

He had enjoyed a long history of clients who used this company with consistent success. I am very happy that I took his advice! The CFS technician arrived promptly and was able to make the repair. He was highly knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain the problem to me. He did not try to sell me anything, but he did confirm my fear, that my 28 year old unit was barely hanging on. As a result of his exceptional customer service, honesty and knowledge, I requested and received a very fair quote and had my new unit installed that following day. The service technicians were quality individuals through and through and could not have been any nicer and respectful of me and my home. Once the work was complete, my old unit was removed and they swept and cleaned the inside floor and my back yard patio. When you are calling around looking for the best deal and weighing all aspects of choosing a HVAC company, I highly recommend you choose CFS for their exceptional customer service, honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship. Our part wasn't shipped so they said they'd come first thing the next day. Again, we had to call them to find out. Beyond frustrating! I give two stars because the tile guy did a nice job and the plumber was kind.
