Perhaps the biggest issue that everyone should be aware of is his inability to communicate not only with his employees but especially with his customers. If he had called us back one time to let us know that he couldn't make it over it would have been perfectly okay but he could not call - BTW the one phone conversation he had with her, he hung up on the wife--whose name is on the checks! Me thinks he has a problem dealing with woman!
