From the moment he arrived, his thoroughness and calm, pleasant demeanor made me feel confident I was in expert hands. His responsiveness leading up to the inspection and quick turnaround on the final report were also a breath of fresh air during a fast-moving process. He identified major short-term costs that I hadn't initially factored in--costs that would have been financially and emotionally taxing had I gone forward blindly. Thanks to his insight, I was able to walk away from a potentially burdensome purchase. Beyond that, Glenn provided thoughtful recommendations for long-term upgrades and preventative fixes that felt more like guidance from a seasoned contractor than a typical home inspector.
