He wasn't talking much but after 2 weeks he talks all the time. I like how much communication I have through the app they use, Procare, and the many photos I get all day. Their price is also super fair compared to other places we tried like Creme, which was a great place too, just wasn't the best fit for my son at his age.

I feel every place had staffing issues during and after COVID. When issues occur at the school, I felt they have been informative. Teacher have been great and my kiddos seem to like it there. He offered opportunities for creativity and freedom for students to make calls on their projects. When I was nearing to exit the program, he gave me some reality checks about how the world would be outside of class and how it would be owning my own place. Mr. Means gave me good life skills and drafting skills and because of that, I was able to start my own business going successful for 2 years.

They gave my son a little extra love because I knew he had been at home his whole life and didn't know anyone but me. I truly appreciate the roles each person at this facility took to make my son feel welcome. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders, knowing he was in good hands. I refer this place to everyone I know. When it comes to cleanliness, I've come in late and have seen them disinfect each and every toy. When I pick up my son, he's always in clean clothes and never has a wet diaper. The communication is fantastic; they always let me know when my son is running low on supplies and how to prepare him for a productive day at school. They have also been working with me to get my son to eat solid foods, providing recommendations and letting me know what he's tolerating. It truly feels like an extended family. It really takes a village to raise a child, and Higher Flyer has been my village.

At Apple Tree, it was more about what we needed. Cloth diapers? No problem. Breastmilk, no problem. Leaving for the Summer because mom doesn't work summers? We don't have to worry about losing our spot. We have loved the staff. The owner is very present in the business and knows everyone's name, knows the children's names, and is generally a great guy. This is a family business and has been around for a long time. Our child is excited to go to school every day. They are currently rated as two-stars, but they are pursuing the third. The three-year-old class does art every day, sings songs every day, and runs a newly installed curriculum. They take great care to keep the place clean. It does not have that daycare smell that I've experienced visiting other providers. And their prices are reasonable.

We finally left the center midway through the summer because one of the teachers said my 6-year-old son was "going to get it" if he didn't "shut up and lay down." The worst part was that when I called to tell the managerial staff about this incident, they not only told the teacher who complained, but gave her my personal phone number and information. The teacher called and said my son was a liar and that she "knew better" than to make threats to the kids at school. It's been two months and I'm still waiting on the reimbursement check from the center for the money I paid for time I didn't use. The manager agreed to give me this money back since I left due to threats being made to my child. Horrible center. Horrible teachers. Crying children left and right EVERY DAY.

My son just started recently and is only 1-yrs old so he goes for two hours from 10:45-12:45pm, and will eventually go the full four-hours. The teachers here are very professional and only want to help kids do better. This is an autism center. Kind of like a school for young children with ASD. The workers here are certified in teaching kids with autism. They use a friendly ABA approach, and my son has become so independent since starting here. He's more social, and no one can even tell he is 'different.' Highly recommend this place if you suspect your little one to have ASD. PS: Early Foundations is inside of Mayflower Congregational Church, but you don't have to be Christian to put your child in here. They don't teach anything Christian, if you're highly against religion. They just are located inside of the church.
