It is a family owned school that teaches defensive driving the old school way. Plenty of film clips and dissertations on what their opinion of "defensive" driving is. What I liked about the class was that the instructor did not herself too seriously and engaged the class in discussion. I got to find out that more than 80 percent of the students got speeding tickets and the biggest "speeeeeeders" were young females. After about 6 hours of this, we were all ready to go home. The class was promptly dismissed. I hope I never receive another piece of paying paper, but if I do in OK, I'm coming here.

Scott Merkley helped my daughter understand the concepts she didn't pass on her test so that she was successful the next time around. Allowing her extra driving time to see what areas she needed improvement on allowed me to help her at home. He truly cares about teenagers being safe on the road. I would 100% recommend this facility to any parent looking for drivers ed/defensive driving for their child.

We had a load of fun. The chef was great, the dinner delectable, and the couple we were paired with delightful. All of the hard work, the prep, was ready for us when we started, and of course we had no clean-up The mushroom duxelles is a French mushroom mixture made by finely chopping mushrooms, shallots, and herbs, then sautéing them in butter until the moisture has evaporated and the mixture forms a paste. The paste is then spread on the puff pastry that is then wrapped around the beef. Each cooking table (station) was occupied with two couples assigned per station. This arrangement is perfect for friends that want to enjoy the experience together. On the down side there is no seating, so be prepared to stand for two hours while you are cooking and enjoying the fruits of your labor, eating at the cooking station where you prepared the meal. The experience was fun and enjoyable, and even Jan who is an excellent cook, left with a few new tips. They allow you to bring one bottle of wine per couple. The cost was $100 per person.

This class was a birthday present and we learned how to make Beef Wellington. Our instructor was awesome and made the complex dish very accessible. I will definitely be making this for an upcoming dinner. The schedule offers many different options from main course dishes to desserts and breads. There are even classes to take with your kids. We're so consumed by our phones that it's nice to put your phone down and just enjoy each other's company.
