He wasn't talking much but after 2 weeks he talks all the time. I like how much communication I have through the app they use, Procare, and the many photos I get all day. Their price is also super fair compared to other places we tried like Creme, which was a great place too, just wasn't the best fit for my son at his age.

He was just sitting in the office playing with someone's baby. I should've known then that this place was not good. We registered our child and was told what to bring on her first day. On my child's first day we walked into the classroom and there were screaming babies everywhere not being attended to. The daycare had told me I would be able to see my child's day on the app. They said they sent me the email and I didn't receive it until the next day. When I set up the app, they said I wouldn't be able to see my child's care because their iPads were not working. They told me I would receive papers about my child's care. I did not receive any info about anything. On my child's second day, we found bruises as if someone had been squeezing my child's legs or holding them down. These are not crawling bruises. I was not given any incident reports and all of the teachers in her class claim they have no idea what happened. Stay away from this place.

Across the board the curriculum and day to day activities have been wonderful for our kiddos (we came from ~4 years at an LPA out of state). They gave my son a little extra love because I knew he had been at home his whole life and didn't know anyone but me. I truly appreciate the roles each person at this facility took to make my son feel welcome. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders, knowing he was in good hands. I refer this place to everyone I know. When it comes to cleanliness, I've come in late and have seen them disinfect each and every toy. When I pick up my son, he's always in clean clothes and never has a wet diaper. The communication is fantastic; they always let me know when my son is running low on supplies and how to prepare him for a productive day at school. They have also been working with me to get my son to eat solid foods, providing recommendations and letting me know what he's tolerating. It truly feels like an extended family. It really takes a village to raise a child, and Higher Flyer has been my village.
