They talk to you and look at you as if you were beneath them. Foust himself is a pretty good dentist. He doesn't pull teeth, which I believe a dentist should know how to do, I'm from a small town and we are not sent to oral surgeons for a tooth to be pulled when a dentist should be fully capable.

Dr. Margeas agreed to take my case and was courteous during our first appointment. After that, I…read morewas treated so poorly that I wondered if he was confusing me with someone that had done him wrong. It was a herculean task to get him to communicate with the other professionals he referred me to. He delayed my treatment and wouldn't even say hello, whenever he had to interact with me (which were rare occasions). I assumed that he didn't realize the difficulty of the case, and knew he was probably not capable of doing the job. He could have just said so, instead of treating me in such an unethical, inhumane and humiliating fashion at the most vulnerable time in my life. His assistant probably noticed and attempted to make up for his rude and unprofessional behavior, and that was very appreciated (she is a sweetheart.) His hygienists are amazing and I am so thankful for them. Do us all a favor and retire, Dr. Margeas! You ARE NOT God's gift to dentistry, as you think you are. I went to God's gift to dentistry, and he is humble, kind, ethical, humane and probably one of the most competent REAL cosmetic dentists in the US ( Dr. Sam Sadati.) The only thing I am thankful for, is the referral you made to Dr. Neil Dunbar (an outstanding surgeon and human).

I had a very frustrating experience with my orthodontic treatment here. I paid in full for an…read moreunlimited Invisalign-style plan, but my case was later closed without my knowledge. I was told at my last visit to finish my current trays and that they would order more or remove the attachments afterward. Now I am being told I must pay additional fees just to have the orthodontic attachments removed and to receive retainers, which I believed were included in my original treatment plan. After being in trays for several years and going through multiple refinements, this has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication has been poor, and I do not feel my treatment was handled professionally or with clear expectations. I would encourage others to get everything in writing and ask detailed questions about what happens at the end of treatment.

Unfortunately, the tooth needed to be extracted, and it was by far the most painful extraction I've ever experienced. I've had other teeth extracted before, so I understand the difference between normal pressure and actual pain. I told Dr. Wiese several times that I was in pain, and I was in tears during the procedure, but no additional anesthetic was offered. I left feeling that my pain was not taken seriously. I was also disappointed that my prescription had not been sent to the pharmacy by 4:00 p.m. When I called, I was told their computer system had been down and that my prescription had been forgotten when the system came back online. While I appreciate being seen on short notice, the painful procedure and the lack of follow-through with my prescription left me with little confidence in the care I received. I will not be returning.

It's more like hanging out with a fun singing joking uncle who happens to care for your teeth. The clinic is warm, beautiful, and inviting and looks and smells nothing like a dental clinic. He made my fearful trembling highly phobic wife completely at ease. Only one other dentist has ever been able to do that. The ONLY complaint is that our appointment was at 4pm, at 4:30pm we ask the receptionist what tile our appointment was and she assures it was at 4 and then says they're having a crazy day. Okay, can someone communicate that? We were about to walk out and then finally we're told that the dentist is getting a chair ready.

No fault to the dentist, I just have longer roots than the average human apparently. First of all, he was able to see me the same day. My past experiences with being referred to endodontist usually meant waiting another week or more before I could be seen. Dr Erickson and his team were able to get me numb enough to finish the root canal. I didn't feel any pain and they even gave me a blanket and some apple juice because I was cold and shaking from the additional numbing they did. Afterwards they provided after hours number in case I had any issues. I was able to text him and he would always respond promptly and put up with my constant worries and questions. Unfortunately I did have to go back and have an apicoectomy on the same tooth. Due to the complications from the initial root canal and my lovely long root! Now I've had countless work done on my mouth but this procedure scared me to death. The team there were very patient with me and put me at ease. I'm recovering from it now and so far everything is going good. It's definitely reassuring to know if I do have anymore problems that he will be there. I wish he was an oral surgeon. I'd go to him in a heartbeat to have implants done. If I ever do need anymore endodontic treatment, he is the only endodontist I'll go to as well as if any of my family will require it.
