The first time I contact Apex construction was in July 2017.I talked to Jon over the phone. He sounded very professional. He explained in detail what the work would require and the process. Jon sounds like he knows his stuff. Then he made it out to our property with in a couple of days for the estimate. So far Apex Construction is doing awesome. I'm impressed and excited to keep working with them. Unfortunately, I don't hear from them for about a week. I give them a call. They say something like oh yes yes we are still working on you estimate. We will send it to you this weekend. It never shows up. I call a couple of times in August. No answer. Then I e-mail. No response. I finally get a hold of someone is September. They let me know that they haven't forgot about my estimate. They ran into issues with permitting. They will be send out my estimate this weekend. It is now November. I have not heard from them. I understand if there is too much work and you are trying to fit it all in. But!! If you can't then just say so. To be honest out of all the contractors I've talked to, Jon sounded the most knowledgeable and professional. I would like someone competent to work on my home. If he would have said I'm book three months out, I would have probably waited for him. It is unfortunate that APEX construction is too flakey to follow up with their clients or at a minimum follow through with what you say you are going to do. July to November is plenty of time for them to have at least given me a courteous call. I would not suggest Apex construction to any of my friends or family. read more
