The manager walked me over, mentioning it's a popular item and that's sometimes online stock isn't accurate. Luckily they were in stock. I mentioned it was cheaper online and he said "No problem, we'll match it at the register." Stoked to find quick help who was quick to offer the better price. It's small things like this that keep me loyal to certain places.

The head tech, Jordan, even came in during their off hours. My car now looks great. I recommend being clear about your expectations and to make sure the end result is what you want and expect. They seem to care about their customers and I respect that very much. I never felt like they wouldn't hear my concerns. Taylor and Taiai were also very friendly. Just research what you are getting done. Oh and know they will put embossed "Wrap World" Logo on your car too.
