The work was generally well done. I pointed out areas near the wheels with a lot of rail dust that needed particular attention during the paint decontamination. Those areas were cleared well, however there was residual rail dust on the rear bumper (not that big of an issue since it's plastic anyway and unnoticeable unless examined up close). They shampooed the carpets however there was debris hidden underneath that wasn't vacuumed. Other than those two detail areas, everything else was sparkling and the car was definitely elevated by a notch. Contact areas (the steering wheel, door frame, door handle) were all spotless and clean to the touch. That's what I want coming out of a full-service detailing job. Appointment booking at the Laval location was slightly easier than the Montreal locations but they are open less long. There's the 151 that passes often enough (for a STL bus) that can take you to Côte-Vertu, which is actually more convenient than some of the other locations. The Tuango offer is a great value. I'm not sure I would pay regular price for individual services that I can obtain for cheaper and more conveniently at one of the many car-washes in Montreal. I would go back once a year to do get the waxing and paint decontamination if they still do the coupon promo.

Sure, you can do it by hand but who's got time for that anyways? This place ain't pretty, nor should it be. You go around the back of an old decrepit building upon a parking lot with more holes into it than the Champlain bridge. You wait you turn, there's nowhere to sit or hand around so you find yourself roaming around aimlessly hoping the water doesn't hit you.... but you'll notice that the cars at the end of the line are processed quickly and efficiently without the final product not meeting one's expectation. I brought my wife's care to get it washed, just a standard in and out wash and it was done within 10 minutes with solid results. $13. Brought the car home and came back with my SUV, the line-up was even shorter. They took their time to really clean my SUV accordingly and they were happy to see me again so soon. $17 (SUV and Trucks are more expensive). All in all, in about 30 minutes I had 2 hand washed cars ready for the winter months. No hick-ups. No BS. Done properly. Guys were friendly and efficient. Price tag is decent as far as I've seen thus far compared to other more expensive place that clearly don't meet expectations. Will be back again.
