I purchased a $99 Tuango coupon that included a full interior/exterior wash with paint decontamination, waxing, aquapel, shampooing of the carpets among other things. The work was generally well done. I pointed out areas near the wheels with a lot of rail dust that needed particular attention during the paint decontamination. Those areas were cleared well, however there was residual rail dust on the rear bumper (not that big of an issue since it's plastic anyway and unnoticeable unless examined up close). They shampooed the carpets however there was debris hidden underneath that wasn't vacuumed. Other than those two detail areas, everything else was sparkling and the car was definitely elevated by a notch. Contact areas (the steering wheel, door frame, door handle) were all spotless and clean to the touch. That's what I want coming out of a full-service detailing job. Appointment booking at the Laval location was slightly easier than the Montreal locations but they are open less long. There's the 151 that passes often enough (for a STL bus) that can take you to Côte-Vertu, which is actually more convenient than some of the other locations. The Tuango offer is a great value. I'm not sure I would pay regular price for individual services that I can obtain for cheaper and more conveniently at one of the many car-washes in Montreal.
