Buyer indicated it broke while they were cleaning them, which is impossible where the buyer damaged the item, see pictures. Ad pictures show the rubber earpiece intact/attached. Where the buyer broke the item, that rubber piece no longer able to be held on to the earbud. The buyer also did not include the broken piece with returned item.
