Ended up getting a whole new glass screen and…read morewhatever layer under that, new main button, cheap battery and the charging port. $100 and 1 month later, battery won't take a charge at all. I go back in and they tell me the warranty is already up? I say thats fine, I need it fixed for my son. Almost 3 weeks go by, no phone call as to progress or what is actually wrong this time, I call there and they tell me they have no record of it being there?? No work order was ever done and nothing even showing on the computer that I had already called once and was promised a call back and never got one. Then they miraculously say they found it and it needs a "mother board" and they want $240 to fix it! I go in the next day to just pick it up and take it to the Apple Store which I should have done in the first place. My Bad! Then they want $43 for diagnostics when not even 24 hours before that they told me they didn't have it or have a work order. This place is horribly run, I certainly would not trust them for anything that is of value to you. If you have an Apple product that needs service - Go the Apple store, they are professionals that know what they are doing and will communicate with you before you have to hunt them down to find out whats going on.

I had heard from a few other friends that they did great and timely work so I gave them a call. I went in the next day after work and was greeted by the owner, Tony. He was very knowledgable and polite. He said the repairs would take about an hour and gave me some suggestions as to where to kill time around the area.
