I emailed Damascus Gun Shop about getting a particularly rare pistol that was sold out everywhere…read more Every single store I called did not have a way of back-ordering the pistol I wanted. A few had a feature where I could sign up to a mailing list and be notified when the pistol was in stock. But, Michael, a representative at Damascus went out of his way by adding a personal note to my request in order to bring attention to my inquiry when they get their pistols in stock. He also answered every single one of my questions promptly and courteously. I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service and the fact that they went above and beyond to help me get the pistol I wanted. I highly recommend this gun store.

I can't believe nobody has written a review about these guys yet…read more Ok. So they are a gun shop. They specialize in CZ/Dan Wesson firearms. I have purchased a few firearms from them, and Michael is always great to deal with. Most recently I was put on a notification list for a newly-released gun. I missed their first arrival by seconds, but wasn't too discouraged. Michael kept me on the notification list, and before too long, it was my time. I am lucky to have a great local FFL dealer too. Every transaction with DGS has been hassle free. Items ship fast (Well, they have to), and communication is great. If they have what you're looking for in a CZ/Dan Wesson, don't bother going anywhere else. Competitive prices to go along with top-notch service.

Back to John's Guns, when I arrived, it was busy despite many other States gun shops being limited to supply, yet HUGE demand for buying arms during an out of control Demoncrat and Repubelican sessions for which a MAJORITY OF BOTH parties were not representing "We, The People". John's not only shared the benefits of each semi-automatic rifle, assault or hunting, and did such a great job, I bought a very fair priced kit to build my own, SEMI-Automatic rifle, for a price that was $100's of "Benjamin's" lower than anything on the 'Net or locally in middle Tennessee!!!! Wow!!! You know a good deal when we see it, right???!!! I would strongly recommend John's Guns to any law-abiding, CCP or CP gun owner, background checking, citizens who either: 1)first-time seekers of firearm(s), clips, suppressors, AR's or AK's, etc. 2)don't know as much as your neighbor(s) knowledge of guns and ammo like Larry The Cable Guy or Bobbly Lee Swagger, to feel confident they'll give you what you are looking for and comfort with it 3)want a great deal on et al 4)willing to drive and save this kind of loot. I called TBI and they told me that they never received an appeal for my case and that it had to be done within 10 days AND that I should not have been charged to do the appeal because I could have done it for free online. The TBI cleared up the "issue" that turned out to be a "clerical error" in another state while serving in the Air Force. They also suggested that I not go back to this dealer. So there you have it!
