I brought my car in via my insurance tell me to take it there for body replacements and they never did anything to fix my car instead the chopped it up to the point of my insurance having to totaled it out. An that was after waiting over a large period of time. At the end of it all I have to quit my job due to not having my car for transportation. Along with losing a part of my independence to support myself in any other way. I see a lot of positive reviews and feedback I wish I could have said the same but unfortunately that is not the case. read more

I recently got a rear quarter panel repaired and repainted here back in January. Someone had backed into the quarter panel of my car, resulting in a fairly sizeable dent. The dent was fortunately in a fairly simple area to repair, and didn't require a ton of body work. The work was covered by the at-fault-driver's insurance, and was handled professionally and quickly by APC. The bodywork was also done really really well, such that the repair was seamless and imperceptible to nearly anyone. The paint match was exact. I have a metallic black car, which can be difficult to get right, but the tint and metallic fleck are a great match. The blending was done really well, and the clearcoat went on with a finish quality like factory. I just walked in, got a quote for the work, mentioned the other guy's insurance was covering it, and they secured a rental car for me, and I just picked the car up a week later. read more

Great service here. Was very easy to setup a repair. Quality of work was excellent. Their ability to work with insurance companies and having rentals on site was great. Would have liked a tad more communication on delays in repairs but that's nitpicking. Seeing the car had been washed and detailed was icing on the cake! read more

I had some body work done recently on my relatively new car (1 year old). The service was spectacular. From soup to nuts, the crew there will take care of you and work with the insurance company to get everything to perfection. I was able to drop off my vehicle, jump into a rental and in less than week, get my car back without having any additional effort on my part. They were also great in finding additional work needed, missed originally by the adjuster, and getting it squared away and covered. The icing on the cake was getting my car back clean and washed. In every instance, they are totally professional and great to work with. They did all the dealing with the other driver's insurance company. My vehicle was hit in a parking lot and though the damage clearly showed that another vehicle was at fault the individual denied liability. My insurance company had APC Auto Body on its "list" of body shops so I was tenative about going there at first but I was pleasantly suprised with the service. APC walked me through the insurance process and provided guidance on how to deal with the situation given that the other driver was not accepting responsibility. They also did a great job repairing my vehicle...there is no evidence of any previous damage. All the people at APC that I spoke with throughout the process seemed like good, honest people. I had an accident back in June 2017. APC was recommended to me through a friend. They had the car for over a month for front end damage. The front brakes needed to be replaced which caused the accident, which I had to pay $1200.00 for. The left head lamp needed replacement also. A front panel and the piece that is under the bumper and tires etc. Well the day after I picked up the car, the back breaks let go on the highway!! I was able to get into the breakdown lane and control and stop the car. So now I have a 100.00 tow bill to my own mechanic who replaced the breaks for less than $400.00. Wow what a difference from the $1200.00. The replacement of the head light, well the new one is beautiful but the other one is dull and looks stupid with one bright and shiny and the other dull. I told them I would have paid to have a new light installed if they had told me. They tried to buff it out but it didn't change the look at all. The piece under the bumper, well, that kept falling down on one side so my husband tried to fix it, It held up until the other day, so again back to my mechanic who fixed it for free because he said the place did such a bad job on all the fixes. APC didn't check all the brakes or any mechanical work that may have been needed. Which I ended up with an oil leak to be fixed. So would I go there again? NO. Body work was good. Oh and the tire that was replaced, I had to go to the dealership to have the valve replaced, I though it was a new tire???? Ummmm? They did pay the dealership but got reimbursed by my insurance. read more

I was in an accident, had some front end damage. An estimate was done through my insurance co. which listed all the parts that were needed. As I looked over it, I noticed that all of these parts were estimated from an aftermarket parts value, none of them were an estimate from an OEM parts list. I was a little disappointed that I would get all or mostly refurbished or used, or LKQ parts. I had mentioned this part to APC auto, knowing that they could only do so much depending on my insurance options and because it was being all paid through the insurance. However, they somehow managed to have my insurance cover all costs for all OEM parts, I am not certain as to how this works, but I am really really happy with the effort they made in getting my car all OEM parts. The car looks great, can't be any happier, I must say, when I first got into the accident and I was picking up some parts of my front emblem off the ground, I remember how cheap and plastic-ish it felt, surprised at how light it was like a plastic toy.
