You want an auto glass service to get it right on the first whack. The Glassman does just that…read more The windshield on my weathered old Accord had a top-to-bottom crack (I think from the weather), so I needed the whole thing replaced. Achin's Garage in North Attleboro gave me Corey's info, so I called him. He picked up, I told him what I needed, and he pencilled me in for a few days later. Though I mentioned I'd be paying out of pocket, he told me a dedicated number I could call at my insurance carrier to get a claim processed and his work covered if I chose to go the claim route. I appreciated that. He's a friendly and thoughtful guy. We planned the windshield replacement for a Tuesday, but had to push it to the following day, for a very good reason: it was snowing. It's a mobile service, I park my car outside, and the moisture would have ruined the adhesion. I'd rather wait a day than drive around with a windshield that isn't 100% sealed. Corey let me know morning-of, as early as it was clear what the weather was like. Another good call. Anyway, Corey and his wingman showed up on-time the following day (Wednesday). They got right into it within about 2 minutes. The ETA was about 45 minutes, and the whole thing took 45 minutes or maybe a little less. There were no plot twists of any kind, and didn't need to come back out until the new windshield was in. The whole thing cost $253, parts & labor (again, I decided to pay out-of-pocket). That was at the low end of Corey's estimate over the phone, that's for a mobile windshield replacement, where they come to you. I expected to pay more, and I'd have paid more without grumbling. The new windshield is nice and invisible. Unlike the stready old one, I forget it's there. Corey & associate just did an excellent job, with old-school professionalism and zero hassle. I'd definitely hire The Glassman again.

I dealt with Brie when on site and she was amazing. She took care of me when I walked into the door until everything was all set. I overheard many of her interactions with others, and honestly she goes above and beyond to do what is best for each and every customer and she does so with professionalism and poise. She is a true asset to the company! I also chatted with her when the others had cleared out about how all cars get serviced before they leave for the day, the importance of customer service and how they try to give back to the community. It seems like my insurance company put me in the hands of an amazing company to get my windshield replaced! The technician took great care of the car and had it done earlier than expected. I was lucky my insurance covered this situation, but it seems like they try to work with customers to see what is the best value for replacing a windshield if there is going to be a deductible versus paying out of pocket with cash. They value their customers and their financial situation for sure. All and all, very happy with this experience! While I hope all my glass is in tact after future snow storms, I'm thankful for a stress free visit and wonderful customer service! Thanks!

Citywide Auto Glass - Custom glass shower door.

I needed a custom glass shower door for my bathroom. I called 3 contractors ( 1 recommend by the…read morebuilder) in early December. Citywide returned my call immediately and scheduled a person to come out that weekend to take measurements. He was there over an hour and a half carefully measuring the space to ensure a tight fit. I knew then I was in good hands. The quote came back at the exact amount I was told to expect by the builder. I happily handed over my credit card number. Citywide was able to order and install the shower door before I moved in, which another contractor ( who never called back after the first conversation) told me was impossible. Their work was flawless. They were very polite and professional and installed the door with no issues. I called a few days later to have them check for a possible seal issue and they sent a team out immediately. I could not have been happier with the service Citywide provided. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Don't look elsewhere, these people are fabulous. Shout out to Kelly in the office for her prompt and professional service as well.

Not really knowing window repair lingo, I called and WOW- right off the bat I had a date for the estimate. She was friendly, knowledgeable and informed me of the entire free- estimate process. If the quality of the tech and work is anything like their customer service, Citywide is a going to be a double-5 star operation.

He was straightforward and made us feel completely comfortable, which was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealers we visited. We knew exactly what we were looking for when we walked in, and they had a 'Sold' sign on the car for us in less than 30 minutes. The process moved quickly without the typical back-and-forth games we experienced at larger franchised dealerships in the area. We are so glad we found Raul--they have definitely earned our repeat business. Plus their service department is very efficient. We received three free oil changes and tire rotations were a great added bonus!

On October 17, 2025, I saw a 2014 BMW M5 listed on CarGurus for $27,664, and I even received a…read moreconfirmation email showing that same price. Drove over an hour to go see this car. When I arrived at the dealership, the window sticker said $35,000, and I was told the online price was "with a trade-in." I spoke with the sales manager about the price difference, and he told me "CarGurus makes the prices." That's completely false. I work at a dealer/repair shop, and I know the dealer controls its own pricing, not CarGurus. According to CarGurus' own Dealer Pricing Policy, dealers are required to list the full cash price available to any buyer, and prices cannot be conditional on a trade-in, down payment, or special financing. CarGurus also clearly states in their Terms of Use that they do not set or control dealer pricing, the dealer provides the numbers. Within just a few hours of my visit, the listing price on CarGurus changed to $30,988. That's deceptive. This kind of pricing behavior is dishonest and it's illegal. Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A - the Consumer Protection Act, it's unlawful for a business to use false, deceptive, or misleading advertising to bait customers with one price and then raise it later. That's called bait-and-switch advertising, and it's a direct violation of consumer law. Buyers beware: if a dealer lies about pricing, imagine what happens once you're signing papers. Transparency and honesty should be the bare minimum when you're spending tens of thousands of dollars.
