Can't say enough great things about how smooth the process was here…read more I needed help fixing our business website and reached out to several companies via yelp. Max Ginsberg reached out the quickest. He called me and took note of all the things we were trying to accomplish for our website. After listening to all the functions our website needed, he quickly sent us a proposal. Instantly, max and his team got to work. All my frustrations with our previous website's set up and plug ins were solved by max and Anton. They had our website up and running. Our website is perfect. They also fixed any last-minute tweaks that we requested. Additionally, having control of our website via a user account was crucial. They gave me that access and I have the ability to control our hours and inventory at any time. You can't go wrong with Max. He really listens to what issues you have and what your end goal is. He is knowledgeable and experience. Give them your business!

I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.

The Short: 1. Friendly Service…read more2. Work hard to provide a great product 3. Very Reasonable 4. Quick turn-around time on job The Long: Came in with a Bridal Client. we had found some invitation she really liked online, but the only colors offered were truly terrible. We created our own version of the invites but in the colors of her wedding, and then set off to have them printed. I first went alone to a kinkos to get a demo test done. After nearly throwing a temper tantrum in the store because of the terrible service and their unwillingness to make four (literally FOUR) copies (because they were too busy- but not too busy to explain why they were too busy for twenty minutes...seriously?), I asked Kelly Paper for a referral to a quality printing company. They sent me to Allen. My bridal client and I went in, nervous, because the colors being printed weren't the same as they had been on the monitor. These guys were SOOOO nice and pulled out something that looked like a paintchip sampler youd pick up at a hardware store and literally went through the colors until the matched the swatches from the bridesmaids dresses. They proceeded to print out all the invites (and then cut them). The invites looked great and their service was impeccable. Better than all of that- they saved my client a grip of money! My plan- never EVER go into a kinkos again! PS: They also told me they could make my business cards for less than half of what I have been paying. Nice.
