As hard as it was dragging myself in there to work out because he really does make you put in work, it was so rewarding after the end of it. Trust me, there's times I sat outside the parking lot and thought "I just don't want to do this anymore, it's tiring," but I'm so glad to have gone all the way through because it was so worth it! I've had great weight loss to where I am so confident in myself again and I'm more comfortable taking pictures of myself and that's something you can't put a price on. He also taught me how to eat well, what to look for in food intake, and how to take these tools and use them on my own. I've noticed a big positive change in myself that Coley helped reignite. I couldn't thank him enough and I'm grateful he's turned into a friend.

I purchased an 8-session personal training package from Coley as a holiday gift for my parents…read more Since I don't live in the area and wasn't sure how consistently my parents would be able to attend, I specifically asked Coley upfront whether the package had an expiration date and whether it was transferable. He assured me it was flexible -- no expiration, and transferable to someone else if needed. That flexibility is the only reason I felt comfortable sending a lump sum payment. Shortly after purchasing, my dad had serious heart issues and needed a pacemaker. His doctor instructed him to avoid strenuous activity during recovery, which took several months. Once he was cleared, I reached out to transfer the remaining sessions to my brother, since my parents would no longer be using them. Coley refused, saying too much time had passed without communication. This is a complete reversal of what I was told at the point of sale. Nobody mentioned any window for "staying in touch" to preserve the transferability I was explicitly promised -- flexibility was the selling point that got me to pay upfront in the first place. Introducing a restriction now, after my father's medical emergency, feels like a bait-and-switch: sell flexibility to close the deal, then invent conditions later to avoid honoring it.

There's something about the atmosphere here that feels different from other gyms I've tried. When I first came in to sign up, there was no pushy sales pitch. Instead, the team took time to understand my goals and shared how the gym could support me in reaching them. That genuine approach is what convinced me to join. I did just a few personal training sessions, but even after those ended, my trainer has continued to support and guide me. Thanks to that consistent encouragement and the positive environment here, I've seen results faster than I expected -- and I've stayed committed, even though the gym is 20 miles from my home! Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for real support and motivation on their fitness journey.

Drew helped me realize that losing the weight I had put on would no longer be a dream and could be my reality! It's been 2 years now since I have consistently been in the gym and I could not be happier with my results. Since joining Reign I have been able to make many connections and am now training in a women's group with Kiara! I'm in my mid 20's and meeting new girls who also love the gym like me is huge motivation to keep going! It's been 2 weeks and girrrrrrl let me tell you I have already seen a change! Johnny at the front desk is always there to greet you with a smile and ask you how your day is going! Overall my experience with Reign has been amazing and I highly recommend checking it out!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym, and I feel that the way I have been…read moretreated has been disrespectful, intimidating, and racially insensitive. On a previous visit, I was specifically asked to scan my membership even though I had never seen other members being asked to do so. When I respectfully questioned why I was being singled out, the trainer responded aggressively and cursed at me, saying, "because that's the fucking rules." The situation escalated when other trainers became involved and started yelling at me as well. This happened in the middle of the gym in front of other members, and the police ultimately became involved. I reported the incident to management because I felt the behavior was completely unprofessional. I was told that something like this would not happen again. Unfortunately, I returned yesterday and experienced another situation involving the same trainer. I was simply trying to work out and deliberately chose not to engage with her because I did not want another confrontation. Despite that, she continued interacting with me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and as though another confrontation was being initiated. Then, people she was training began yelling at me from across the gym and calling me a "pussy." I also want to be clear that I am a Black member, and based on the repeated way I have been singled out, confronted, and treated compared with other members, I feel that there is a racial component to how I have been treated. I cannot speak to anyone else's intentions, but the pattern has made me feel targeted and discriminated against because of my race. That is extremely concerning to me. I should be able to enter a gym, work out, and leave without feeling targeted, intimidated, or unsafe. Trainers and staff should be creating a welcoming and professional environment for all members, regardless of race. I already brought my concerns to management once, and unfortunately, the same situation has continued. I hope management takes this seriously and investigates what happened rather than allowing members to feel targeted or uncomfortable in a facility where they are paying to work out.
