My home is a rental property and Dave remembered me from the previous work he did. He really looked after my interests and sent me photos from the initial walk, right through the day of work. Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. As they have arborist's on staff the letter is acceptable to the state for the emergency removal requirements. Dave and his crew are really great, really friendly! Office is great as well.

Triple D is the worst company ever for having your tree removed. We are in our 70's now and got…read morescammed by a company called "Triple D Tree Service here in Florida, by The Villages. They sent us a text message, stating that we needed to initial a form on our mobile phone to permit them to come onto our property and cut down a big Palm tree. They didn't tell us what we were initialing. In my opinion, they tricked us into signing something that absolved them of any responsibility for the damage they did to our property. They should not have had us sign something on a small phone that we really couldn't read very well, and they were not responsible for any damage they did to our property. They caused hundreds of dollars in damage to our irrigation system, as well as the underground wiring that ran to the control box in our garage, & Cut all the wires with their stump grinder. When I told them about the damage, they said. Oh well, we're not responsible for any damage we do. Just wanna give a heads up to everybody to watch out for Triple D Tree Service, rotten to the core. They were in such a hurry, they never cleaned up the area or anything, with a bunch of small rocks in my lawn, twigs everywhere, just, oh well, they're not responsible. We had to hire another company to come out and repair the Triple D mess that they left behind. We have to let everyone else know before they get caught up in the same thing that we did. The actual mess was far worse in reality than the accompanying pictures are able to convey. Shame on you, Triple D, for taking advantage of the elderly.
