It's been over 4 months with absolutely no follow-up from them. I would recommend finding someone else. We are contacting Arredondo Landscaping for our service from now on. For what we spent with them we expect top service and we got nothing.

We recently had a pool installed, which meant our entire irrigation system had to be rerouted from scratch. I called Patriot Irrigation and left a message, and Ryan was the first to return my call. While they weren't the cheapest estimate or the most expensive, Ryan was by far the most knowledgeable. He took the time to map out exactly what we needed and explained the most efficient way to route the system so it would water the right areas properly. Once we decided to move forward with Patriot, they scheduled us about three weeks out and showed up exactly when they said they would. The work was completed in a timely manner, and when they finished, you honestly couldn't even tell that the entire property had been dug up. I highly recommend Ryan and his team at Patriot Irrigation for anyone needing irrigation work done. Professional, knowledgeable, and quality workmanship from start to finish.

This company went above and beyond to get my irrigation going for my horse pasture. The pipe was so shallow they were able to pull it out with their hands, maybe only 2 to 3 inches deep when it was suppose to be 18". I am a remote homeowner in The Villages, living 1,200 miles away. I called over a month ago,…read moreexplained my situation, and was told no problem -- booked an appointment for a Tuesday between 2-4pm. At 3:30 no one had shown up and no one called. When I reached out, a woman answered from a personal vehicle with a child in the background and apologized saying they were busy. Rescheduled for Thursday, then pushed to Friday when I would actually be on site. Friday morning I called and texted to confirm. Was told staff was 6 minutes away. They arrived 90 minutes later -- two full-size trucks with trailers. Despite the trailers, they had no stock to perform a simple repair. The job: one frozen sprinkler head needed replacement. Their recommendation: replace all heads and all valves for $2,900. The valves are all working fine. When I questioned it, they said they couldn't do the work for a couple of weeks anyway as they'd need to order parts. I was never told there was a $95 diagnostic fee when I booked. I paid it in cash for 10 minutes of work and a recommendation to replace equipment that doesn't need replacing. As a remote homeowner I depend on honest, reliable contractors. This company failed on both counts.
