Locally owned business and it shows: the owner quickly returned my call and then worked me in as a first time patient. Their product choices are more durable and will last longer than the "less than one year" orthotics that I received last year from a competitor down the street. And the competitor down the street never returned phone calls ... I had to keep calling and calling. Not SA Prosthetics! Nice to do business with a locally owned business and not a national company who has no clue how to service customers. I told my podiatrist to refer all of her orthotic business to SA Prosthetics. They return phone calls as well as provide a better quality product quicker than the national chains.

The clinic is in the One Medical building that has plenty of open parking, just make sure you're going the right direction. Dr. Preston had an opening quickly and was even able to see me a little earlier than scheduled. The staff were very friendly and I especially enjoyed meeting Dr Preston's dog Boozer who was very well behaved and sweet. The check-in is done easily on an iPad with my contact information was already pre-entered which I greatly appreciated. They did make sure that I was OK with there being a dog there before I went in for my appointment which I of course was. Boozer was the highlight of the whole experience which overall was quick, easy and pleasant.

Typically, my adjustment consists of neck decompression, popping ribs back into place, working on my TMJ and adjusting shoulders. I'm sure all of this is in my notes. It really seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. No neck decompression was done, he wasn't able to get my ribs back in place, and he did not position me correctly to adjust my shoulders. It felt like he just tugged my feet a little and said I was good to go. He attempted to adjust my jaw, and tapped the wrong side, causing more pain. I was in so much pain and struggling to breathe so much I came back 30 minutes later, and asked him to try my ribs again because I felt like I couldn't breathe, and he didn't pop anything the first time. He refused and told me to try a stretch. As an athlete, I stretch multiple times a day. I wouldn't have gone to the chiropractor if I just needed to stretch. I even offered them to use another credit. They again, refused.
