These two ladies were very rude and unprofessional, embarrassed me in front of the patients waiting. They held on to my credit card until they charged whatever they felt that I was responsible for. I have Blue Cross insurance and all I am responsible for paying is $50... they charged my card over $100., then proceeded to give it back to me. My insurance rep called them yesterday to try to explain that they owe me money and Allison hung up on us. Don't go to this provider unless you want to deal with rude and unprofessional people

When I go it is because I really need to not want to because It is expensive. I have seen Dr. Rezendes a couple times but the last time I called because it was 3 years since I have gone I am considered a new patient and the first appointment was in 30 days. I guess I need to know 30 days in advance when I need to go. I went somewhere else. I forgot about last time and called again because The pain in my foot is getting unbearable and once again because I haven't been in three years I am considered a new patient and I can't get in for over 30 days which is absolutely ridiculous because I'm not a new patient I've seen the doctor before and I'm still in the system. Once again I will have to go see another doctor and will never call this office again.
