I came to my appointment with a list of concerns about my feet/ankles. Dr. quickly addressed all my concerns. She promptly addressed the pain issues that I was having in both ankles with steroid injections. To see what was going on with both ankles at this time, she scheduled me for an immediate imaging to be done before I left the medical building. Then, the gave me a follow-up appointment the next week to further allow for any additional medical treatment, if required. My appointment with Dr. Ritter was extremely productive and informative. I'm glad that I was referred to her for my podiatry treatments, past and present. I highly recommend her professional podiatrist services. read more

Came here for the first time since I kept getting ingrowns. Dr.Ritter is amazing!! She's so fast and so nice. I felt very comfortable. The staff was amazing as well. The foot surgery went well and without any complications. There was some confusion with a rescheduling of the surgery itself as I was out of town & had limited cellular service. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Heidi Ritter two months ago because I was experiencing pain in the ball of my right foot. An MRI was completed with negative results. However, two unrelated issues were also discovered, and Dr. Ritter is currently treating them. She is a fantastic doctor!!! She answers my questions and has a very kind, caring demeanor. Dr. Holets and staff have been super patient and are always ready and professional when I come in. They were faced with a couple complications/delays in my wound healing but after experiencing surgery, wound dressing changes, stitches, UNNA boots and the like... I have found the bedside manner to be quite comforting, the medical resources used are great quality and I enjoy my visits. We are still working together to keep my foot free from infection and swelling and we are all exercising patience while waiting for this foot to fully heal. I've seen Dr Ritter a number of times in the past 6 mos for inflammation of big toe. X-rays showed arthritis, osteoporosis. She explained treatment options with pros and cons. Not only was she a great listener, she's down to earth and has a sense of humor. read more

I had a terrible experience with this practice. I asked for Dr. Barrett about an ingrown nail about 1-1/2 - 2 years ago and I was assigned to one of his associates. She barely cut the ingrown toe nail. About 4-5 weeks later, I called for an appt with dr. Barrett since I was not happy with the work done. He cut my nail back to about 1/2 of the entire nail. To this day, it is painful. I had to buy all new shoes since the toe of the shoe bothered my nail. I had to give away all my heals because of the pressure on my toe. I should have written this review about 1-1/2 - 2 years ago when the work was done but I needed to wait awhile to calm down. This year, the ingrown nail that was to have been cut started to grow back in so I had 2 nails, each different lengths. Then last week, the nail to the left fell off. I was going to take pictures to show potential patients the kind of work you might get at this practice. To give you some perspective, I had my left big toe nail done in another state 15 years ago and have had no problems with this foot ever since. read more

I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Beginning in 2019 my feet had become extremely painful. I truly appreciate that in an online search Dr. Barrett's practice specializes in painful feet. In my 2 visits he has not only offered a treatment for now but actual solutions for ongoing care. I had never visited a podiatrist. I am so glad after a 2 day internet research session I chose him. Love this place easy to find I came in for my appointment they were ready. I don't know why anybody would give them less than five trying to find somebody good to work on your feet it's hard to do. I saw Dr Holets today. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all exceptional. I had an ingrown nail removed. The only minor discomfort were the 3 shots in the toe. I was explained that I would need to buy and place bandages on my toe starting tomorrow. All directions are on a label on a baggie containing the bandages. read more

Not sure why this staff got a 1 star but best advise is come here without your children. And you WILL receive royal treatment!!!! I left my twin 3 year olds with dad and came alone, the staff was amazing... I came with joint issues and the two nurses Olga and Priscilla O. found an issue that I didn't even think they knew about and Olga added it to my medical record! That is a staff member that really cares about a patient and her job. To take time to find issues you didn't even go to the doctor for!!! As for Dr. Holets... hands down freaking AMAZING!!!! Straight and to the point but takes the time to talk to you about everything even explains your issue in FULL DETAIL!!! She even spoke to me about personal life that had nothing to do with my appointment... I felt "right at home" with her... Only bad thing about this office... they only see you for podiatry issues and nothing else!!! If I could make Dr. Holets my primary care Dr. BELIVE ME I WOULD!!!!!!! Dr. Barrett did the wrong surgery on my foot for my tailor's bunion. He thought I might have an infection in my wound so he went in a second time. When he closed me up he forgot to secure my joint capsule. I went to another surgeon to get the correct surgery and to fix my joint capsule. read more

Very bad experience. On 9/21 had procedure for ingrown toenail on left big toe. Was very painful due to not enough anesthesia. Dr then gave more anesthesia. Went back 1 week later to have the right big toe done and a follow up on the left. Left toe was painful and red. Dr Holets said it was healing normally. But I thought it was infected, so I didn't want the other toe done until the left toe was free of pain and infection. Went to another podiatrist today. He looked at the toe done by Dr Holets and said it was infected and not enough nail was removed and said in general, it was a poor job done originally. Toe numbed properly and no pain was felt while he performed another procedure. Next, Barrett podiatry will try to sell you a zip lock plastic bag containing 6 Polymem 1"x3"cloth strips. $40. Comes out to $6.66 per strip. These strips can be easily purchased online from Walmart for $1.45 each. What a rip off. I was offered a refund by Barrett. I won't ever go back to Barrett. read more

I have seen Dr. Holets for my Plantar Fasciitis pain. I was referred to her from the VA system. So far I have been able to minimize my pain after the protein shots administered by Dr. Holets. Due to my condition I think I'll continue to see her a few more times this year. I am always greeted and my appoinments are always on time. The staff is friendly. I do not have anything negative to say about this practice. read more
