I got an x-ray, spoke with him for about 5 minutes, and was sold a VERY expensive foot brace which wasn't disclosed to me at the time. They are doing very shady things with their billing. My insurance company even agrees. The billing department is staffed by people who barely speak English and it's very hard to understand them effectively. So they are charging me almost $300 for this foot brace which costs about $30 on Amazon and they will not let me return it or give a more reasonable price. I paid nearly $300 the day I was there then received a bill for another $300 something. I guess they figured "she's a good payer - send her another bill". They REFUSE to work with me on this. So I'm out over $600 in total so far to speak with Dr. Olenchek for 5 minutes and for a ridiculously expensive foot brace they totally scammed me on. AVOID!

This is located in a small medical center next door to Northeast Baptist Hospital. It's on the second floor but there is an elevator, handicapped parking, and no steps to reach the doors. Very clean and quiet inside. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Moss. Very knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy with the therapies he recommends. He was able to diagnose and perform the ingrown toenail procedure right there at the office on the same day.
