Now last week (Friday) I schedule an oil change and an alignment for yesterday (Monday). They ended up canceling and rescheduling my appt for Saturday?? My husband is law enforcement and works nights and off duty as often as possible so we intentionally scheduled for Monday. Anyway, he shows up there today (Tuesday) and the front staff lady is being rude because their system showed it was for a tire change?? Then tells him they won't get to the car for a few hours. This poor man is supposed to be sleeping from working and I'm home with children because the looks they give you for staying in their lobby especially with kids!! Why even make appointments? Why tell people you don't allow walk ins?

I walked in spoke to Sean who was absolutely the most non-welcoming human I've ever met. He told me when we brought the car in at 1 PM that it would be 4 PM that we could pick the car up. I got a bill for $115 for only an oil change and the rotation was never done. You advertise a service called the Works, which is what I always get when I come here but that was not performed as I requested. It's now 4:02 PM and I'm waiting now for a tire rotation after I refuse to pay my $115 bill and Sean offered to give me the car for the price of the Works but didn't do the rotation so now we're waiting to get the rotation done. What kind of operation are you guys running here? I asked to speak to the service manager earlier when I spoke to Sean, but he said he wasn't here today. Needless to say I showed back up talked to a young kid out in the front lobby who said he needed to talk to the managers about it. The managers were in the middle office playing grab ass and messing with a golfing putter or one of the clubs. The kid came back out and told me they said I could print the owners manual off line and pretty much get stuffed on the floor mats. I will never do business with these folks again. Someone who spends $50,000.00 on a car should be taken better care of, better than what these guys have done.

We decided to go to this shop since it was the closest one and the Jeep dealership was too busy and would not look at it until the next day. We were desperate and went to the closest shop that was not busy. I can see why they were not busy now. They told me that they "THINK" My Jeeps PCV valve was leaking engine oil which needed to be replaced which cost me $219 and "MAYBE" that would fix they problem. I agreed because I was desperate to leave Corpus Christi. They told me it would be ready in 2 1/2 hours. They called me after 2 1/2 hours saying they broke the PCV valve hose but which could be fixed the next day. I disagreed to that because I had to be back in San Antonio the next day. When we went back to get the Jeep we first looked under the hood and they did not put the engine cover back on, they were going to keep it if we hadn't realized. When we drove the Jeep around the block the engine light was on, which was not on before we came to this shop. There was finger prints all over my Jeep. It was over priced for the service they provided. I would give zero stars if I could. I would not recommend anybody to come here.

Access has gone through numerous service managers over the past several years. Their service department is 100% inept. I've had four or five vehicles in there over the years. Today takes the cake. They said my truck was ready to pickup. I got dropped off at 7am to get the truck. Their mechanic has my key in his toolbox and won't be in until 8:30am. I am amazed at how consistently poor their service is. Location makes this the only practical option. Worst service department I've ever used and that has covered 15-20 years. Find another option if you can.
