I tried to sign my child up for the program in Roscoe, was told they were full, after my chance contact with her saying they had openings a week earlier. I tried to contact her since, voicemail and emails, no response. I belong to the y, and I use their f/t daycare service, run by Karen Murray who is great! Someone needs to tell Jennifer how to do her job.

CrossFit is truly the ideal way to work your body and exercise in a natural but intense way. The workouts are all varied so it is a complete body workout leaving you exhausted at the end of EVERY session. This is not place to come to watch TV and pretend to "work-out" I have been working with Scott who is one of the trainers. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly knows how to push you to the next level of fitness. Just in the last 4 sessions I have had with him, I feel like a new person. The atmosphere is welcoming and all the members are friendly and encouraging. They even have weekly social events and have almost a small family or community feeling. Overall, CrossFit Beloit is an phenomenal facility with outstanding coaches that is affordable and provides the most complete exercise regimen for any skill level.

I hate working out with muscle men clunky weights next to me. They have a great little side room but every area is flooded with men. As for the rest of the place it's usually super busy and I find myself often wanting on a bike or treadmill. I do love the pool and the track though l. They also keep the place clean and it does have a trendy "ironworks" look to it.

This is a commitment based gym with the price varying depending on how long you commit. From I believe $39 if you commit 24 months to $45 for one year. I pay for $42 for 18 months. Tanning is unlimited $9 a month. There are no lockers. Instead there is a few coat racks and shelves/cubby holes to store your items. If your paranoid or untrustworthy of your stuff bring a lock made for your bag. Bring your own soap for the showers if you use them. I was way used to Peak and the YMCA providing it and was a surprise when I went to shower the first time there.... You'll have access to all Anytime Fitness gyms after 30 days membership. So if your in LP, Roscoe, Beloit, Belvidere you have a gym to go to. Overall if you need 24hr gym with the basics done right and you don't mind committing this is the place to be.

I tried to cancel within that 7 days due to a family member being hospitalized due to COVID. I was told by the gym manager and the area manager that I was locked into my contact for a year and there was no way out of it. I advised them both that my wife would not be stepping into the gym until this pandemic gets under control. They didn't seem to care or offer to cancel the membership. We have not stepped foot into the gym once since signing up and will be forced into paying over $600 for the year. Instead of allowing us to cancel for now and come back a month or year from now they would rather take our money for the year instead of having us for many years to come. Please don't get roped into their lies.
