Asked the receptionist what was going on, and she stated she could "find out how much longer it was going to be." The stylist never came out to explain how much longer it was going to be, never suggested scheduling a different time, absolutely nothing. I have some suggestions for improvement, but since there's no website or e-mail address, this is where I'll post it. 1. Needs a website with hours, schedules, prices, etc!!!!! Just fork over some money and hire someone to develop a website. You just send them all of the schedules and info and they'll build it for you! It's the 21st century. Hard to have a respectable business without a website. 2. Need to hand prospective clients a packet with an aerobics schedule (with the class descriptions actually printed on the back- not just a blank page), massage info, salon services and pricing, gym membership info, tanning info, etc. I got the gym info (after asking for it) and forgot to ask for the yoga/ aerobics schedule. Went back to get it (no website so I couldn't get it online) and they couldn't find it. They finally found the file and printed off a copy (after adding paper to the printer)- minus the back page with the class descriptions. I called back when I realized I didn't know what type of yoga (gentle hatha or sweat-your-brains-out?) they offered. The woman on the phone had no idea and couldn't find the info. If you offer a ton of services you should have sheets with the info readily available. 3. The cardio equipment is crammed into a little room with no windows and nothing to look at (well, a TV mounted way up in the corner). All of the weight equipment gets center stage along the windows. Now, I know I'll spend 30 minutes on cardio equipment and less than 5 minutes per machine on the weight equipment. It would make sense to line your windows with the view of the outside with the equipment that people spend the most amount of time on. 4. I am torn, because they have the equipment I want to use, but it seems like such a poorly run business I don't want to waste my money on someplace that can't get it together. I have a week pass. I am going to check it out, but I have a really hard time rewarding a business that seems so unorganized with a year-long gym membership and paying for salon services and massages. Dangit! And they are so close to my house...

The small details like already having the workout squares set up before class starts, or the very welcoming Coaches paired with a gym that is immaculate makes for an experience that makes you want to come back. I've dropped into many boxes in the states and this is definitely one of the best ones I've visited. The gym was always clean and their equipment is in great shape. Beware if you are a chalk monster though, the gym was so clean I was afraid to use any chalk haha. The people were always nice and welcoming which is a big deal for me. The coaches were awesome! They did a great job explaining the WODs, giving scaling options and target ranges of where you should be in the workout depending on skill level. Overall, one of the best boxes I've dropped in to. Another great thing about this gym is the kids' center. No other gym has the luxury of having a safe place for your kiddo to play while you get your workout on. My two-year-old has been coming with me to the gym since he was a baby, and he loves seeing all of his little friends every day. I had been to other gyms and had tried to lose weight for years. I tried EVERYTHING!! Nothing kept my attention and NOTHING worked. Within 6 months I lost 30 lbs and I have kept it off. But, it's not the weight loss that keeps me there. It's the experience and environment. When I walk into this gym, my coaches are ready for me. I'm not an easy candidate because I have injuries and I have to modify almost every exercise. But, they are ready and willing to help me everyday. You WILL NOT find this at any gym. I have also gained a lot of new healthy friendships since I have been here. To me, it's important to be healthy but to also have healthy friends that surround you and encourage you. They changed their policy recently to run bank account info instead of debit cards. When doing so mom provided bank info because she was taking over that expense. (We are going through divorce) when there was an issue they charged a card that they were no longer authorized to charge and that was against their own policy. This is for the after school program. When I tried to confront them they told me to take it up with mom. She already had tried to call the day before and they refused to let her pay with her card. (Hypocrites) I told them they needed to refund my card and reach out. I already attempted to reach out to mom. When I called and talked to a manager he was very disrespectful accusing me of talking to his staff a certain way which was untrue. All I said was you need to refund my money now and you didn't have authorization to take my money and you're going against your own policy. If that's rude you don't like the truth. This business is poorly ran and this manager clearly doesn't know how to talk to people. I will be taking further action against this business.
