Victrii Fit is my ALL time favorite gym. I would give it more stars if I could. We've been going…read morehere for a bit and everyone is super friendly. Definitely a judgement free zone like the previous review states. They have a such a large variety of gym equipment more so than other gyms in the area. Only downside is it can be a bit crowded (but what gym in this area isn't) we like to go to the gym when no one's there lol. They're open 24/7 and they have an app where you can just scan yourself in and the price point you can't really beat.

1000/10 Never been to a better gym and I've had lots of memberships. I'm a small girl and *was*…read moresuper scared to go to a gym because 1. I don't know what I'm doing and 2. Big intimidating muscle men. But this is the best environment ever. Like you think planet fitness is a judgment free zone you need? This place is judgment free & a giant team wanting to see you grow. I love this gym soooo much. Everyone wants to see you do your best and push you!!!! CAMRON!!!!!!!! The best ever trainer I will never let him go. Ladies! I thought I'd hate a guy trainer but he's everything you'd want in a trainer I swear! Not touchy, very professional but we had awesome fitness & non fitness conversations. Very very knowledgeable about the craft, honest and friendly, he's approachable and he will push you to get to your goals. 500/10 highly HIGHLY recommend. I did have interactions with other trainers, Brayden and Jeff, both very awesome. Although they where not my trainers I would recommend them as well! They are some of the many that made me feel at home at the gym. 200/10 recommend them boys. Also I don't know her name but she was a trainer I believe, it was just me and her there and she was leaving, she asked if I felt comfortable being alone or if she should stay. Like who does that? They care, they are awesome. Even if she wasn't a trainer these are the type of people who come here. Now back on to the gym. Thinking about going to planet fitness? Fitness connection? 24hr fitness? Blink fitness? Gross don't go. This is your sign! This the gym for you. They have every equipment you'd need, PLUS it's cleaner than them nasty places, PLUS ya get awesome people to be around, PLUS it's just better I promise. And if you don't like it well something is wrong with you:)

I know 2025 is almost ending, and a lot of us have goals/gains to set for 2026. This club is quite…read morethe investment in helping me get back into shape as soon as I was cleared to workout postpartum. Let's just say going here on a weekly basis has maintained my physical and mental health! Here are my favorite parts: 1. Signature Group Training Classes: Many members don't know that our membership includes these awesome classes. If you've been to Orange Theory Fitness, the GTX classes are a very similar concept minus the rower. I love the combination of cardio and strength training, making you that strong hybrid athlete! Big shoutout to my favorite coaches - Christa on the weekdays; and Aaron on the weekends. 2. Dynamic Personal Training: Well, I thought I didn't need this since I've been exercising for years, but after taking a complimentary session, I decided to commit. I have to brag about coach Victoria. She has taught me so much! My form for upper body training was off all this time - apparently, I don't keep those shoulders down to avoid injury/strain. I'm now lifting heavier: weight down, more skeletal muscle mass, and less percent body fat. I could go on, but it's worth the extra money and time. 3. Lifetime app: If you can't make it to the gym, they have on demand classes to take your workout with you. I actually use this quite often when I can't make it there physically, and simply look at the training plan to help guide my workouts. 4. Kids Academy: You can drop off your kiddos before your workout to keep them entertained. This is a huge plus for busy parents, and the kids can sign up for classes. 5. Other cool amenities: There's a sauna, cafe, swimming pool, and spa. You literally can do your nails, but I haven't used their services yet. Oh, they even have pickle ball classes and obviously a pickle ball court for free play. 6. Equipment: I'm used to having only 2-3 squat racks and fighting/waiting on those. There's plenty to go around here! I also love to use those bumper plates; they keep them in good condition. 7. Treadmills: The treadmills are so nice to run on. They even have a sled pushing mode. I typically run on Bootcamp training mode to easily adjust the incline and speed. The only downside is they don't have a built-in fan. The entire place is kept pretty clean with a water filling station, fresh towels, mats, etc. I almost forgot to mention they have a recovery/stretch area. I can go on all day, but long story short, you should do a free tour to see what you're missing out on.

The quality of instructors is high and I'm a personal fan of the Alpha strength classes. The gym is always clean and the locker rooms as well. I love the amenities of having a sauna and showers. I also like having a protein shake at the cafe if I'm running somewhere else other than home after the gym. We joined a year ago and are looking forward to taking advantage of their outdoor pool this summer. If you have little kids, I hear the kids facilities are amazing too.

When I first joined, it was a little bit of a learning curve. It took me several classes to really…read moreget a hang of my base pace, push speed, and all out. My baseline heart rate tends to be on the higher end, so my heart monitor kept on telling me I was in the red zone when I was perfectly comfortable. Of course, I started out very conservative with walking on an incline on the treadmill. Several classes later, I was back running on the tread like the good old days. Let's talk about the best part of these classes! *Choose your own intensity: There are going to be days when you're just not at your fastest. The nice thing is you can choose your own intensity and pace. In other words, you can opt to take it semi-easy or sweat it out. *Heart zones: If you're looking to make gains, this is where it's at. The goal is to be in the orange zone for 12 minutes, accumulate at least what they call 12 "splat points." They keep track of this via a heart monitor you wear during class. Since I've been trying to get 12 splat points every workout, I've noticed that my after burn (24 hours after my workout) is actually working. I've been at the same weight for the longest time, and now I've actually seen some changes. *Pump it up: I have to admit that working out at home is boring sometimes. Every class at OTF is different, meaning you won't know what the workout will be until class starts. The coaches and music really keep me going. *Strength: Everyone tends to talk about the tread and rower. Half the class is cardio, and the rest is strength training. You can pick which side you want to start first. If you're not a fan of dumbbells, they will become your best friend. I'm reaching my one year anniversary, and about to go to my next class in 10 minutes. Just wanted to share how my fitness achievement has been accomplished since being here. To put it modestly, I have bigger biceps now lol.

I love this studio and OTF!! I've been coming here since Feb and still enjoy it every class!read more
