When you join, you get a free introductory session to go over all the equipment and you can schedule a private lesson for training. I haven't done that one yet but plan to soon. They try to keep the place clean and that is my only issue - it probably needs to be vacuumed and swept a bit more often as you can see that it needs it. There are towels and cleaning spray available and I see some people wipe the machines down but some don't. they also have Purell wipes available that I like to use. If you live in the area it is definitely worth it to be able to go when you want.

A decent location is all that this Snap Fitness has going for it--if there were other well-equipped gyms in Prospect, nobody would bother going to this place.

There are tons of camps through the day, I believe each location has different times so check your local Burn for their times but Crestwood camps start at 5am all the way to 6:30pm. Was told after that one "free class" I would hear from a team member by phone on monthly pricing til the end of the year (that was last November) After months of NOT hearing from a team member and $400 later, I discovered that i joined in November without signing any type of agreement or speaking with anyone on the phone. I guess they think it's OK to use people's debit cards to charge them monthly without their consent! After speaking with two of their team members about the situation, I was told it was a "he said, she said situation." Not quite sure what that means, but I know I will not be stepping back into a Pure Barre ever again!
