Me and my friend used the machines and they were just okay, the grips were too fat where they were uncomfortable. The machines were also not 100% my type, but overall they were solid and can def be good for beginners. When me and my friend were using the chest press, a minimum wage worker that prob makes $15 an hour to spray the machines came up to us and said that we couldn't have our bag on the floor and we had to put the bag in a locker, which I thought was ridiculous. It seemed like the chubby Mexican guy made him go over to us like the message was coming from him. First the $20 guest pass ripoff and now you're going to complain about our bags being on the floor?!?! And now the rude staff is watching us?? Come on bro, sounds like a true "judgement free zone" lol. No critics?!?! More like no critics for the rude staff and ripoff prices. People also tend to cluster on the track to watch the basketball games below. There is one sign at the entrance to the track area that directs runners to the outside lane and walkers to the inside lane. Instead, walkers seem to be on all lanes, and runners have to dodge around them and try not to trip. Improving the signage at the entrance, painting lane markings on the track itself, or even sending an employee in to remind people of the lanes once in a while would go a long way toward improving the experience.

However, recently it has become the practice of some participants to remain in the pool to simply socialize for as much as an hour after the class while we lap swimmers sit and wait. I have politely mentioned this to the offenders and the front desk, but so far no progress. Perhaps the class instructor can ask the participants to please exit the pool unless they intend to continue exercising but not for socializing. This problem is starting to spill over into people sitting on pieces of exercise equipment but to socialize not exercise it has become bad enough that my wife and I are thinking about terminating our membership. Hopefully your facility manager will address this. We would like to remain members.
