An all women gym? What a great concept! I love that it feels so welcoming and that the women here are always building each other up. I've had so many compliments from strangers while going to this gym, and it makes me want to pay it forward and make someone else feel good. The staff is fantastic about making sure everything is so neat and clean. The kids club is fantastic, and my kids love to go. They literally beg me to take them and sometimes cry when it's time to go home. My trainer, Karen, is fantastic. It's the best experience I've ever had with a trainer in my life, and I've had many. She's so sweet and knowledgable, and she cares so much about our sessions as well as the class she teaches on Thursdays! (Which is fantastic too, by the way) I've been training with her for 5 months and it has totally changed my life. I've also met with Erica about nutrition, and she has helped me so much with getting to where I needed to be in my diet. Any time I've had a question about things since my session, she has been so helpful and kind. Don't believe the reviews about the gym being cliquish or that you're unwelcome if you don't have a certain body type. It couldn't be further from the truth, because absolutely everyone has been extremely kind and welcoming. Do the 1 week free trial and judge for yourself, because this place truly speaks for itself.
