Have been going to the gym for a while now and sadly the environment has changed and not for the best.

The gym is exceptionally clean and the atmosphere is great. I love the fact that I am able to come work out anytime I choose because they are a 24/7 facility and the equipment is all new. Gross. No locker room, you have to change in a bathroom with little space to set your things down. The equipment is smashed together, there's very little space and it's awkward to maneuver through the gym. The majority of the space is for bulky, sweaty, shirtless dudes lifting weights. There is a room closed off by an ugly looking cloth sheet where group classes take place. Even if you blast your earbuds, expect to hear loud shouts and grunts your entire workout. I finally couldn't stand it anymore when some guy came and ran next to me on the elliptical. His cologne was so strong and the machines are so jammed together that I ended up having asthma. I joined this gym in 2020. The gym was equipped with everything I needed. They recently renovated it and it looks great. In March 2021, I had hit a plateau so I had started personal training with trainer there Kelsey Berry. I was so excited. I trained with her for about three months before canceling my contract. Kelsey is completely unprofessional in my opinion! Instead of her focusing on training me, the sessions revolved around her complaining about her problems. Don't get me wrong we did work out some but I constantly had to keep us on track with our workouts because she talked about her problems the whole time. She gave me an almost completely blank workout plan, which I asked her to fix and she did it but it took her like 2 weeks to get it . She also showed up 40 minutes late to one of my sessions than when I canceled that night she got an attitude with me. Kelsey constantly talked bad about past employers and those she worked with and all kinds of drama that went on in her life when we had our sessions. After getting in contact with the owner my training sessions were finally canceled. I wanted to achieve my goals and I took them seriously but I truly felt like Kelsey didn't care about my goals and helping me. The gym is a good place and it has good equipment but Kelsey has ruined my whole experience at that gym and with the idea of ever getting a personal trainer again. read more

I was not completely impressed with this gym,if you're a body builder or a fitness freak you probably don't want to come here and its over priced for example:/ This gym is quite small and overpriced Does have 24 hr access but there are a dozen security cameras watching you and it feels creepy Took them over a year to fix a tv monitor on a treadmill Everything is crammed into a tiny space and has never added any new equipment in 6 years Fitness room has open ceilings if there is a class there music is loud and annoying The water fountain are yucky! the water is pumped like 2inches from the drain.  People spit in it, get washed in it and its the only water in the place to drink. There are no pools, saunas, steam rooms,no men or women's locker rooms I'm not too sure how much the staff/owner operator actually knows about fitness. but I haven't seen him really help anyone out when it comes to proper technique or any of the sort. the owner operator seems a bit unfriendly,hardly ever smiles and almost has a look of misery and can be argumentative *All in all I find it an uncomfortable and counter productive gym would be a good deal for $15 dollars a month but its not Take a pass. read more

Decent gym, Never crowded. The gym is kept very clean. Showers are available. Plenty of cardio machines. Good monthly price as well.

I've been a member here for 2.5 years and love it! Friendly, clean, well kept, great staff and more comfortable than other facilities I've been a member of in the past. read more
