RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! I was invoiced for specific services at a specific time, and none of it was completed as promised. On 5/13/2020 I reached out to April Decenzo for a same day move-out cleaning. She agreed to this and quoted me for a 3 person crew, including herself (the owner), to come and spend 1 hour cleaning. We were told that they would arrive at 3pm and be done by 4pm so that we could return our keys by the 6pm deadline. When 3pm rolled around and we hadn't heard anything from April or anyone associated with Anytime Cleaning Services, so I reached out to April directly via voice call. She informed me that she was at a different job site that was taking longer than she anticipated and that someone was on their way. She then told me that the employee she sent did not have her own cleaning supplies and told us they had assumed they could just use our cleaning supplies. I told her that we had moved out and the apartment was empty, so there were no cleaning supplies there for them to use. She then said "I will just have her stop at Family Dollar because that's the best we can do right now. Then, I was informed that the woman (Christy) she had sent to our apartment had no vehicle and no cell phone, so she couldn't contact her. We waited for another hour, with no more contact from Anytime Cleaning. I called April again to ask what was going on, and she proceeded to chastise me saying, "Well, for us to take you guys in on the same day that you called, we had to rearrange our whole schedule so you should just be happy that you get anything at all." I told her that I understood and appreciate the extra effort they made to help us out, but that she was a professional who runs a business and made a commitment to a customer, and asked her what the plan was. She then informed me that only one person was going to be cleaning our apartment, which was not part of the original verbal contract that we made. When Christy finally arrived, an hour and a half late, 30 minutes after they committed to having the entire job completed. She did not complete the job until 7:44pm. Not only did April not deliver on the start time, end time, or number of workers promised, but her oversights also caused us to be late turning in our keys. We thanked Christy for her work, as none of the above was her fault, and asked her to have April contact us for payment. I did not hear from April for over 24 hours. I was finally contacted at 8:09 PM on 5/14/2020 via two missed calls and an angry text message from April. I called her back as soon as I noticed the notifications, hoping to explain my frustrations and come to a peaceful agreement about some kind of accommodation for the specifics of our contract that were not met. Before I was even able to voice my dissatisfaction, she began berating me and telling me that I needed to pay the full amount immediately and stating that she does not give discounts on cleaning. I told her that I understood that a service was done, and that I was happy to pay, but that I would like to at least tell her about the inconsistencies. She then began verbally attacking my roommate and saying that, had my roommate told Christy not to proceed with the cleaning, we would not be in this situation but "I have to pay my employees." I then told her that I would discuss the situation with my roommate and would call her back during the next business hours. She complied and the phone call ended. After this conversation, I received an invoice to my email at 9:56 pm stating that the payment was due in full by the end of the day. I did not make this payment as I had not discussed compensation with April. The next day, I received several threatening text messages from April, stating that she was going to send my account to collections. I responded politely and told her that I was making every effort to work with her. She then ignored me and proceeded to harass my roommate. At 4:07 pm, she accused me of stealing from her and told me that she had spoken with the police and was pressing charges. She threatened to show up at my apartment office and get our information from management, then call the police to join her there and file a "theft of services" claim against me. This was after I had made the payment in full. When I informed April that I had indeed made the payment, hours earlier, and that her website had disappeared, her attitude took a complete 180. read more

Worst ever! I set an appointment up for 2pm. They didn't show or call I had to reach out to find out what was going on. Was told would be later. Then was told they were there at 8:12pm I went to the property no one was there. Was told they would be there in about an hour by now it was 9:30pm at 11pm April called me and said they were there but left because the front door wasn't unlocked. Was I suppose to leave the front door unlocked all night if they didn't show up? They could have use the garage door code but April said that they got there at 10:30 and left but didn't call me until 11pm. It was all my fault. At 2pm the door was unlocked at 10:30 it was locked! First time I tried to use them for a very important cleaning that they never did. NEVER AGAIN! read more

( in the drive way or in the street) The maids had great appearances. The maids introduced themselves and asked to be shown the home so that they could see where everything was in order to get started. Cleaning Experience- GREAT The maids were very thorough and cleaned things that I honestly did not even notice in my home. They moved chairs and vacuumed the edges of my carpet. (That made my happy to see) The maids worked together as a great team. They spoke in a low tone so that it did not disturb me as I worked in my office. They offered to shut my office door while they vacuumed so that they did not disturb my work. Which I thought was very polite and professional. DO NOT HIRE -- every host's nightmare…read more I hired Jessica through Turno to manage turnovers for our Airbnb/VRBO property. On the day of a same-day guest arrival, she marked our turnover as completed even though the property had not been cleaned at all. I only discovered there was a problem because I contacted her about a separate task that needed to be handled at the property that day. She then told me she had sent an employee to complete the cleaning. This was the first time I was informed that anyone other than the cleaner I hired would be entering our home. We had never been asked to authorize, nor had we authorized, anyone else to access the property. Shortly afterward, she contacted me again and admitted that after speaking with her employee (Marissa), she discovered that person had never gone to the property or cleaned it. In other words, the turnover had been marked complete without her verifying that anyone had actually been there. She apologized, accepted responsibility, and told me she was personally heading to the property to complete the cleaning. She knew we had guests checking in that same day. I repeatedly attempted to confirm that the property was being cleaned, but she stopped responding entirely. She never completed the cleaning. We were left scrambling to find another cleaner on an emergency basis before our guests arrived and had to pay again for a turnover we had already paid her to perform. I have no inherent issue with a cleaning company having employees or subcontractors. I do have an issue with an unknown person being given access to our home without our prior knowledge or authorization. More importantly, I have an issue with a cleaning being marked complete when no one had even gone to the property, followed by the cleaner becoming unreachable after promising to correct the situation during a same-day turnover. As an out-of-state host, I have to be able to trust that the person responsible for our property knows who is entering it, verifies that the work was actually performed, and can be reached when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated that I could not rely on any of those things. I cannot recommend this business to other property owners or short-term rental hosts.
