My experience with this business went downhill very quickly. Rude, entitled, incompetent. They tried to leave several cubic yards at the top of my driveway (after the delivery was 3 hours late, I had laborers waiting, and never got a delivery update). The delivery driver was a complete ass. I could not have my delivery blocking my cars in. I mean, WTF??? He even laughed in my face, which was so contemptuous and caused and argument and then left without doing the delivery. The previous delivery was on the side, no problem. Apparently only THEIR time matters. Customers are disposable. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! This review is long overdue! Rebecca helped with our wedding flowers last Fall and - wow! - we…read morewere blown away. She is extremely detail-oriented and worked hard to make sure we loved every single piece. She even prepped pieces that we could place on our cake. Also helped us think through which flowers were in season and would hold up well in the heat. And her prices were very reasonable to boot! When she arrived with our flowers in the morning I was so impressed, especially since we had planned everything remotely. Amazing communication and so service-oriented. She really "got" our vision and everything she created was gorgeous. Rebecca is an artist and she does amazing work. Thank you, Rebecca!!

I cleaned out the underside thinking the built up of grass may have overpowered the engine. Well, needless to say I was pretty upset because this purchase hadn't paid for itself yet as it was two months new and just past the point when home depot wouldn't take it back. I was told I had to take it to a manufacturer approved repair facility. POE is one for Yard Machines. They took a quick look at it and opened the gas cap to say "you don't have any gas!" Ummm what?! :/ I didn't think it was gas as I had JUST put in gas the day I last used it! I suddenly envisioned my blonde roots exposed (and I'm not naturally blonde)! LOL!!! We weren't sure so he put in a bit of gas in there to test it out instead of making me go back home to fill it and the possibility it wasn't that and bring it back to the shop again. He saved me a trip and repair cost! Thank you! For that, I'll be your first reviewer and fan.
