The collection 'kit' that was sent out was confusing, with two collection envelopes and two mailing envelopes, and a small half page form that needed to be filled out and enclosed. The only way I could figure out what was what was based on which envelopes had the ID code. Two kits were sent in three weeks ago. The kits were received, and the person who set up the account was notified that they were received. Results were expected on Friday the 12th. Today is the 16th, and nothing has been received. People who are using this service are already anxious about the results. To delay the results like this is not professional. And that 'available on their website'? Um, no. They send you the results. Getting them online was not offered as a possibility at time of ordering the services.

This morning I arrived a little late but they accepted me anyway. My appointment was for a fasting blood draw so I arrived at 8:30 AM. The online check-in process is easy to make an appointment. Labcorp immediately sends you confirmation of your appointment. When I arrived, I could've checked in electronically using a QR code that was sent to me. The representative at the desk who actually checked me in, also drew my blood and was kind with no pain. I continue to go back to Labcorp. Results are sent immediately.

At the end of the first day I received a cryptic email stating that "sometimes a re-test is needed". No contact information was provided. I returned to the local sample collection lab (FAST TEST Labs, also very poor). They collected a second set of samples and overnighted them to DDC. Because of their failure to meet their schedule, I called several time; each time I spent 20 to more than 45 minutes on hold. I finally received results one week after the original sample was collected. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
