I stayed in the Family Room for 2 nights and I had a very comfortable stay! The rooms are spacious, clean and there is complimentary wi-fi. The only minor complaint is that the showers is a little difficult to enter. The bath tub is a little high and I have short legs LOOOL. I really liked the location of the hotel. It is about 2.5 miles away from the Marco Polo International Airport! It is in more of a residential area but the hotel is right next to a bus stop! The complimentary breakfast is from 7am - 10 am. It is buffet style with a pretty good variety of food! The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Venice again!

Burano glass everywhere! Chandaliers to resemble faberegè eggs so beautiful! The actual hotel is very modern and shiek!! What blew me away was the elevators! They have world news projected right onto the glass as your traveling to your room how freakin cool is this! Talk about technology ... wifi is fast and it's also free. The American continental breakfast was good but repetitive sausages, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, cheeses and bread galore... It's tiring after eating the same thing days in. 4 stars because the place is very nice all the comforts far from home minus the customer service staff is either very rude or just not helpful at all! It must be a Venetian thing!

When we arrived, we were shown to the room immediately after a brief introduction to the hotel and city. We were offered any advice we needed as well as access to concierge services gratis. The staff was welcoming and friendly as well. It's very comfortable. The room decor was elegant and the bed was wonderful after a long trip. Coffee and a welcome bottle of Prosecco were also waiting for us. The view is really, truly right on the canal. It's fantastic but surprisingly quiet at night, likely due to the excellent windows We took the water taxi to the San Marco Square then walked back and it was about a 30 minute walk with beautiful shops and restaurants almost the entire way. Final note, the breakfast was a very good value with a diverse selection and excellent coffee. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

On Friday, 11/08/25, we realized that a small bag containing only our receipts, which had been sitting on the dresser by the mirror, was gone. Since it was only receipts, we did not think much of it at the time. The next day, Saturday, 11/09/25, the jewelry and gifts we had purchased in Murano also went missing. These included a thank you gift for my sister (red Murano glass earrings), a bracelet and earrings for our daughter, and a Murano glass bottle opener. All of the items were kept together in their jewelry boxes in a plastic bag on the dresser in front of the mirror. Altogether, the value was about €80. We discovered the items were missing on Sunday while packing and doing laundry and immediately reported it to the front desk on 11/09/25. We were told that both the front desk manager and general manager were off that day. Staff said they spoke with the cleaner assigned to our room, who denied taking anything. Since there are no cameras inside rooms, there was unfortunately no way for us or the hotel to verify what happened. When we checked out on Monday, 11/10/25, we spoke with the front desk manager. He was polite, apologetic, and tried to help. He refunded us $10 for the laundry coins we had purchased, but that did not come close to the value of the missing items. He suggested that perhaps the items had been mixed in with the blankets and thrown away accidentally, but we explained that everything had been sitting on the dresser, not in the bedding, and the items were heavy and in boxes. After returning home, I waited about a month to see if management would follow up or offer any additional resolution, but I never heard back. I am not someone who normally leaves negative reviews, but this was very disheartening, especially because we traveled to Venice for our wedding anniversary and had an otherwise wonderful stay. Unfortunately, this situation left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a perfect trip.

Long version: Our EasyJet flight was delayed significantly, so we ended up getting to the hotel on a rainy night a little after midnight. We walked to the hotel, an easy half hour stroll, where they had prepared our room and let us check in the following morning. We we're so greatful for that because we were all exhausted. They had given us the gate code and printed a welcoming note to our room with all the information. The window and door had outside shutters that are great for making the room dark and dampening the sound from outside. In the room were packaged cream-filled buns for breakfast, along with a pot and tea bags. Note that the stuff in the mini-fridge is for a charge, and they have beer and wine in the lobby that seems to be priced reasonably. They have a simple breakfast, from 7-11am, just next to the reception office. It even has a coffee machine that makes lattes. The WiFi was a bit slow, but the lady at reception said that it was the service, not the hotel wireless, so it was slow for her too. She said it isn't normally. They have animals there that you can visit too, though we were excited to get into Venice. We walked out to catch the number 5 bus, after filling up on breakfast and buying bus tickets at the reception desk, at the bus stop just on the main road. They offered to hold our bags after checking out, which was great because we decided to go back into Venice the morning we were leaving. A short baggage pick up at the hotel, then the walk to the airport. Overall it was a pleasure to stay at this charming farmhouse and I'd recommend it for a great Venetian vacation.

In the middle of the night, one of the owners came up to our room asking for a key that was not one of our rooms. He did speak English and kept yelling at us to give him the key. After many minutes of trying to communicate that we did not have the key, he yelled "UGH" and moved on to ask other rooms for the same key. We were left a bit disturbed after this incident and slept very uncomfortably. The next morning at breakfast, one of the kitchen workers confronted us saying we had too many plates on our tables. We were a family of seven with eight plates on our tables. We were shocked at the tone of voice the lady used. This hotel is very affordable and we understand that the money we spend is what we get. However the service should be at least competent and well e
