Antonio's used to be our favorite spot but their hubris, dishonesty, disrespect to customers has me leaving this review. Not only did it take 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a honest answer that my food hadn't left the store they almost enjoyed that I was frustrated and disappointed in their service. After hour and 45 min they said driver was in neighborhood and be there shortly. When I asked to speak to a manager the boy on the phone called me a dickhead and hung up. Lol please save your time and money along with your frustration and don't order from them. I have been a long term customer of Antonio's. Last night we ordered the Sicilian 216 as we have numerous times. when we opened the box, we discovered that they cut the size of the pizza down to 4 slices from 6 for the same price, essentially raising the price by $5. Corporate greed! No warning that our pizza was not going to feed the same amount of people that it had in the past. When I called to discuss with the manager, at first he tried to convince me that they only changed the way they cut the pizza, but even the box shape was smaller. He eventually admitted that 'corporate' changed the size of that pizza and the sheet pizza. Will definitely be looking for a new pizza shop. read more

Antonios pizza in Brunswick gives only crumbs of sausage on their pizza when ordered, you can hardly even taste it they give you so little, when they first opened they would give nice big chunks of sausage, that's not the case anymore, they still charge the same but give you only crumbs. very disappointing, their quality has dropped significantly since they opened. read more

I have ordered food from this place many times over the years. I ordered it on Monday. Not only was I overcharged according to their website menu. I also got charged 475 delivery fee. That has never happened before. There was basically no sauce on anything. May be a little bit but not like there should be. I live in Brunswick Hills and usually order from the Strongsville location but we decided to give the new Brunswick location a whirl. I use the Parmatown location, the location I grew up on, as my measuring stick for all other Antonio's locations and just like all of the others this one made a good pie; just not as good as the home location but that is to be expected. First impression after walking in was chaos. High school kids running around making pizzas and salads. The girl at the counter was very polite, she grabbed my order (LG Sausage, onion, green pepper) and explained it would be a minute bc the computer was being slow. Understandable, can happen anywhere. I got to survey the storefront while waiting and the food prep stations looked clean, everyone was wearing gloves, hats, or hair ties. The interior is brand new and as nice looking as you can get for a pizza store front. Anyway, I paid for my pizza and was on my way. When I got home I opened the box and it looked like and smelled like an Antonio's pizza so we were on the right track. The crust was crunchy and the dough was light and fluffy, sauce was the same Antonio's pizza sauce (little too much on this one though) and the toppings were fresh and abundant. Solid pizza, probably the best in Brunswick. My only qualm is that they cut it into 15pcs...wtf? How is that even possible, I don't even like 12 pcs...Lg's should be cut into no more than 8 imho. I will definitely go back if I happen to be passing by but will continue to order from the Strongsville location as it is closer. The pie cooled off a little too much for my liking on my way home...nothing against Antonio's...I just don't live close enough. We ordered the Pasta Creations last night. Don't waste your money. The food was not fresh. The pasta tasted like it had been sitting in a pot of water the entire day. The marina sauce was bland. The chicken parm was overcooked (actually burned on the bottom) and bland as well. The two small meatballs tasted processed and had us wondering how meat was actually them. Antonio's needs to consider taking these items off of their menu as they were just terrible, and we threw most of our dinner away. Thought I'd give them a second chance and this is the second time my call-in order has been lost. After ordering, I was told my pizza and salad would be ready in a half-hour. I arrived 35 minutes later, paid at the counter, and was told my food wasn't ready just yet but would be shortly. It was a busy night so I waited patiently... then waited some more ...all the while being told by the person at the counter that they were still "working on it". In reality, it was a stalling tactic because after this additional 30 minutes of waiting she finally confessed that my order wasn't even made and had no idea where it was. I subsequently asked for a refund at this point since I had no food and no idea if my order would ever be found. I was then told by this same person that only a manager could give me a refund. I then asked to talk with one of her managers and she said they were right behind her but too busy to come to the register and that she had other customers to take care of. Seriously? Was I not just as important especially after waiting an hour for food I was never going to get? I was honestly in disbelief that I was being treated like this. After pressing the issue again and explaining that my time is valuable as well, a manager finally shouted out to her how to process my refund. This experience was very disappointing because Antonio's has good pizza and salads and I was looking forward to sharing the food with some elderly neighbors. We ordered 3 Half Sheet pizzas for a 5PM pickup time yesterday. My wife gets there at 5:01PM and waited while the manager helped people on a "First Come First Serve Basis". While waiting, pizzas were sitting out the entire time. Several customers asked the manager to start working on the tickets with earlier pickup times only for her to roll her eyes and keep doing what she was doing. We spent $59 and some change on the pizzas. After OVER an hour wait, the pizzas were COLD, not warm. Multiple people who were in similar situations as us and had ordered pizza ahead of time waited forever and just left to take their business elsewhere. My suggestion is train the staff to handle higher traffic around holidays. The manager was clearly overwhelmed and openly showed her frustration with customers by rolling her eyes at them, being short, et cetera. My wife has more patience than I do and waited it out for the hour so that the people waiting at our house had food to eat. This was ridiculous and should have been handled much better than it did. There were no apologies for the extreme wait times, no apologies for the cold pizza, nothing other than frustration. I would have left the 3 pizzas after 30 minutes of waiting like the other 12+ customers my wife witnessed walk out. read more
