This massive antique mall spans over 18,000 square feet and features around 140 vendor booths filled with gently used items, antiques, and vintage finds. The space is spread across multiple rooms, with vendors offering everything from toys and furniture to home goods, collectibles, tools, and art. No matter what you're into, there's something here to catch your eye. I especially loved the mix of old and new--everything from the contemporary Temptations cookware I love to the vintage Pyrex I adore. One booth even had an incredible wall of Loungefly bags. Being in Central Florida, there's also a great selection of Disney-themed items sprinkled throughout. Be sure to follow the arrows on the floor so you don't miss the hidden upstairs area--it's easy to overlook and totally worth checking out. You could easily spend hours browsing here. If you need a break, there's a Touch of Philly cheesesteak food truck on-site, plus a snack counter inside offering chips and popcorn. The friendly staff really enhances the experience with their helpful service and welcoming vibe. Prices vary by vendor--some items were higher than I expected, while others were absolute steals. Keep an eye out for sales, as they're scattered throughout the booths. I could spend hours in here and and still find something I didn't see earlier. They have a great selection from vintage toys, home decor, Pokemon cards to homemade jams. Later in the day I wasn't too far away in Winter Haven so I stopped in. She wasn't exaggerating about the grand scale of this antique store. Susan and Diego Barreiro opened their business in 2000. They started working out of their den on Havendale Boulevard in Winter Haven but they outgrew the space so in 2014 they moved to this location. In 2022 they won Best of Haven, Best Antique Store. Treasure House Antiques and Collectibles is located in a former funeral home. There is 10, 000 square feet of inventory and 42 vendors. After receiving a greeting I was free to explore room after room filled with treasures, clothing, furniture and home goods. Some of my favorite discoveries were the vintage holiday decorations, mid century Christmas tree, vintage Pyrex, and vintage stove. Prices seemed very reasonable. Clothes started at $5, antiques and collectibles started at $5, and furniture started at $10. If you love vintage and antiques as much as I do, this is definitely a stop you want to make in Winter Haven.

This store is straight up my alley. There are two rooms plus a back area is filled with gorgeous vintage items. Everything is in mint condition and clearly priced which I really appreciate. This is a consignment shop which means folks leave their items here to be sold. In this type of situation I will sometimes ask if the price can be lowered which usually necessitates a call to the owner of the item but here everything was priced to sell. Some of my favorite items were the strawberry print cups and canisters, vintage floral napkin rings, the little ceramic collection of dogs, and a print of an owl. They had what look like hundreds of records and really pretty jewelry. I loved everything. If I lived closer I would be stalking this store all the time. If you find yourself in Bartow and love vintage you need to stop in. To quote a saying from the 1920's, this store is the bees knees!

There were several rooms of art, home goods, dishes, collectibles, tools, records, toys, holiday decorations, jewelry, furniture, light fixtures, and wonderful smelling candles. There was quite a bit to look at but the aisles are narrow so you have to watch your step. Out back they sell plants. I found a small trinket box in my grandmother's China pattern. While paying I received 20 percent off and the offer of coffee and a slice of carrot cake from the sweet ladies ringing me up. I was delighted them up on their generosity. The great selection, fair pricing, and wonderful customer service makes this lovely shop a must stop in Winter Haven.

The Krazy Kricket was started by Lee Putnam and Susan Blenk who had a love of decorating and repurposing furniture. They started out selling items in a tent before graduating to a space in an antique store. In 2014 they were finally able to open their own store in the spot formerly occupied by the Appleseeds gift store. According to their website they carry mostly new gifts, a sprinkling of antiques, Ce-Ce Caldwell's  Natural Chalk + clay paint, Spartina, Mud Pie, Haute Baby and a variety of other brands." As soon as I walked into the store I could instantly see it was full of all of the things I love starting with the gorgeous flamingo chair. They had the line of Spartina Florida purses and totes that I adore. They had many beautiful home decor items, candles, funky jewelry, colorful scarfs, clothing, and cool bags. In the back of the store they have machinery that can custom embroider anything you want. You could literally pick up anything in this store and it would make the perfect gift for me. It's a good thing I don't live in Bartow because this store would be seriously damaging to my bank account. If you like girly things and you are in the downtown Bartow area you will definitely want to visit the Krazy Kricket.
