Purchased some Disney shirts to wear to the parks and we were happy with our purchases without breaking the bank. They also sold Florida souvenirs here. There were many souvenir shops in Kissimmee and the merchandise were starting to look the same as we meandered from one store to another. Even their local WalMart stores had a few aisles dedicated to everything Disney! The store is huge and well stocked. The employee/owner was helpful and friendly. The clothing were nicely hung in their hangers or folded on display shelves and merchandise looked neatly stacked and placed in racks inside the store. They have every souvenir you can think of... mugs, hats, ponchos (for those random Florida thunderstorms), candy, sunglasses, keychains, snow globes, lots of knick knacks, etc. It was fun looking around but we just stuck to the shirts as we already had enough "stuff" at home and didn't need to add to the clutter. The clerk seemed a bit on the shy side, she did great us when we entered and asked if she could assist with anything, then remained silent until we approached the register to complete our purchase. But I'm a shopper that prefers this, I like to shop without pressure or someone hovering over my shoulder, so she gained a star from me! Many types of items for shelves, or tables. Plenty of wall hangings. They have shelves and unique, vinyl floor coverings. A large selection of candles, greenery and even some bracelets. If they run out of something, they can order for you and let you know when it is in stock. They say they have new items in about 3 times a week. They also have a 10 day return policy. We bought a few items from the shop so far and are very happy with the quality of the items and the helpfulness of the staff. We'll definitely be back!
