I had the best experience with the staff here. The first person who took me back for a contact…read morelenses exam (Hailey?) was thorough and knowledgeable, and her reaction to my vision (or lack thereof) was kind of adorable. Dr Haddad came in like the rock star she is, with her transcriptionist (who has keen ears to hear what the doc mutters while measuring and examining so I wouldn't freak out). She told me frankly that I will always need readers with contact lenses. If been flying with wearing them again for years but no doc before has been realistic-each new brand would be better and they weren't. She shifted my expectations by telling me what other optometrists never said as clearly. She taught me about the shape of my eye ball and why it matters. She even saw my floaters! I may have heard most of this before as I've been sight-challenged forever, but she said it all in a way that I remember even two weeks later. She gave me one distance and one close vision lens and it's been incredible how well I can see! My glasses are so thick that I was self conscious in this zoom life we live. Now I can just be me, with my face and no barrier. I'm joyful.

I went for my eye examination in Feb. I told them before my examination that my previous bifocals…read morewere perfect. They did the exam and the eye dr. gave a prescription for my reading glasses. I picked them up 1 day before leaving for Wisc. and was there for 2 months. I couldn't read anything as the glasses doubled every letter! Just got back from Wisc. and am setting up an appt. to discuss this problem. I was really upset the optometrist didn't listen to me and I experienced this horrible situation. Hopefully they will resolve this problem after talking to someone. Will post after appt.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT! This was…read moresuch an upsetting, disappointing experience. I went in expecting Dr. Lehman and instead got DR. FRYE. He was incredibly unprofessional, unorganized and just plain unlikable. The visit began by DR. FRYE yelling my name from down a hallway while I sat in the waiting room. Then he demands that I wear a face mask in his office. Now, I have a toddler with me, so i am holding her and fumbling with this mask. I initially put it on upside down. He makes me turn it around while he is wearing his under his nose! We finally get to why I am there. I tell him that my eyes have been red and burning for a month and a half. He pulls up my scans from my annual visit earlier that year and asks me if my mother had rheumatoid arthritis. WHAT? Next he proceeds to push his ungloved finger into my lower eyelid to see if something comes out of the glands located there. His fingernail touched and hurt each of my eyeballs! This man insisted that I wear a mask, and yet he did not wash his hands before he stuck them in my eyes and he did not wash them when he was done. Eventually he decided that I had and autoimmune disorder. He prescribed incredibly expensive prescription eyedrops that may or may not help. 4 days later, i have NOT filled this prescription and my eyes have been improving on their own. I have never been so upset by my treatment at the hands of a "Doctor". His disrespect was not only limited to me. He treated other staff members disrespectfully, in front of me! The best part of this appointment was how well my 19 month old behaved. She was a perfect angel. I will say that I still am impressed and adore the rest of the staff there. They would get 5 stars. This awful DR. FRYE would get negative stars if I could give them. Beware! Make sure you know which doctor is available before you make your appointment. I have never left a review like this anywhere. That is how much this visit traumatized me.

Arrived and immediately see receptionist in a mask. Already annoyed. When it was time to see the…read moredoctor he tried to have me wear a mask. When I declined I was passed off to another doctor. At this point what a silly notion and I can only assume those still hiding behind masks are mentally ill and in need of psychiatric care. I cannot justify seeing a "doctor" as an expert when they are still afraid of fresh air and don't understand that masks don't work that way or what their actual purpose is. Ridiculous to even have to deal with this at this stage. While the doctor that would see me was nice it was not a comfortable environment and I won't be back.

I had a warranty claim for my Meta AI Glasses (Gen 1) processed through LensCrafters, and the…read moreexperience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. What should have been a simple warranty service turned into a four-week ordeal because the lenses were initially cut too small, which required them to redo the work and significantly delayed the process. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff repeatedly blamed the delay on the prescription rather than taking responsibility. Because of the delays and lack of communication, I had to drive from East Nashville to the store six separate times, wasting time and gas just trying to get updates on the status of my glasses. When I raised concerns about the inconvenience, I was told that because the glasses were considered "free," no compensation could be offered. This was very frustrating considering the original glasses cost over $700, and I was simply using a $500 reimbursement toward the replacement through LensCrafters. Between the incorrect lens cut, the long turnaround time, the multiple unnecessary trips, and the poor customer service, this was easily one of the worst retail service experiences I've had. Warranty service should make things easier for customers, not more difficult. LensCrafters seriously needs to improve their quality control, communication, and customer service so other customers don't have to deal with the same level of inconvenience.
