Anthropologie is one of my favorite stores! I love to visit in every city I can. This location did not disappoint! The selection was wonderful! I found so much I actually had to put some things back. Shopping problems for you!!! I ended up buying a tulle skirt and the cutest little black t-shirt with a matching black flower choker! It's the funnest, cutest little outfit! This Anthropologie store is at the south east corner of Franklin square at Congress and Montgomery. Anthropologie stores are typically in either higher end malls or generally in higher end commercial areas. This one is located in the shopping/commercial district in the Historical District. Like most Anthropologies, it has a relatively larger foot print than most general clothing stores, probably in line with Forever 21 or Zara. I did however not immediately find any seating which is the first thing I tend to look for because I know my wife may be a while in this store. My wife's favorite store IMO used to be Anthropologie but probably not anymore. It seems they've changed their quality or purchasing and she hasn't bought anything from them in a while from any store or online. Aesthetically this store is just about on par with all the rest on the inside although there's no flash or style really on the outside which seems rather conservative. read more

I love Anthropologie but it is just too expensive for me. I found a dress that I liked but it was 180.00 dollars. Don't get me wrong it was beautiful and the material was very soft and well made. But I just couldn't do it. Well to be honest I might have...um no I probably WOULD have bought it if I wasn't with my husbandLol. I really wanted the Tocca Cleopatra perfume which is really popular so it sold out, they told me they could ship it to me for free so I obliged! Rachel helped me check out, she couldn't get anything right. I had to repeat my address and my contact info multiple times while she had conversations on the side with another employee. As many times as I gave her my address she still got it wrong now it was shipped to the wrong address and now I have to go through a long process of getting my money back..... read more

As an Anthropologie customer I was thoroughly disappointed with this particular store today. We are visiting our beach house on Tybee Island and this was the nearest store. My normal store is Christiana Mall in Delaware, which prides itself on excellent customer service; obviously this is not a corporate rule. I walked into the store and there were at least 2 salespersons at the front register talking and laughing, noticed me....and kept laughing and talking. I began to peruse the store, and another associate came from upstairs, noticed me and kept being 'busy.' I looked through the sales items in the rear of the store and not a word of greeting, assistance or warmth. I saw the ottoman that I was looking for on sale here for $599. After about 5 minutes, I walked out empty handed. At the door, a salesperson said, "Hi." I retorted, "Goodbye." Always GREET or acknowledge your customer, especially when 4 of you are working! read more

We ended up wandering into this store as a last minute thing because as we were walking by I remembered I had a gift card. The location that is nearest to my hometown is in an area of town that I don't frequent so I wanted to take advantage of the situation. We saw a sign up front that said sale items had an additional 30% off. I really didn't want to spend much more than the GC that I had, so after looking at some items, figured the sale section was where I needed to look. It took us a little bit to find it because it was upstairs in a roomed away corner and we didn't see any signage that pointed us that direction. I didn't want to spend too much time looking so I found a shirt I liked and then just grabbed it in two colors. I ended up grabbing a giraffe planter that I found on the first floor to finish out my gift card. The girls in the store that we interacted with were nice and didn't rush us (we didn't realize they had closed while we were shopping). If you are in to Anthropologie, I would recommend this location. read more

I shop at the Anthropology Store at South Park Mall in Charlotte NC. I have been a customer for many years. When I enter the store there is a greeter to my left to say hello and to ask what I am looking for and to let me know of new arrivals. To bad some shop do not have these high standards. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This clothing is hideously overpriced, made with pathetically cheap material, and sold by a company that does not stand behind its products. NO customer service to speak of at all. I purchased a sleeveless shirt, simple, soft, woven, I liked it. It fit well. I kept it. I threw the receipt away. I wore the shirt less than 8 hours and it looked like CRAP. the material did not wear well at all. Numerous pulls and holes in shirt. Since I paid 79.00 for it I was definitely taking it back. Well, I was told without receipt I would only get store credit of the sale amount it was selling for now. I was not responsible for the shoddy material and general crappiness of shirt but Anthropology thought I should pay for it. I was going to get 19.00-29.00 in credit. Anthropology did not care enough to keep a valued customer. My total purchase when I bought shirt was over 300.00. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN ANTHROPOLOGY AGAIN. read more
