Even though she didn't serve us ginger ale on a plane... You'd have to know the song. Lol! Angie made great recommendations, which we tried a couple of. For appetizers, Pretzels and Beer Cheese. They were awesome. The cheese was very thick, but the taste was perfect and we love cheese, so it was all good. Also had at Angie's recommendation, the Buffalo Chicken Wontons. They were great along with Charter 803's homemade special ranch based dip. We're typically Blue Cheese fans, not Ranch, but this Ranch dip was not your typical Ranch. The fish was two nice fillets of Cod, perfectly breaded and fried, paired with Charter 803's homemade tartar sauce. The sauce was smooth, silky and not overpowering. As for the burger, I got mine minus the lettuce, tomato and garlic aioli. I'm not into salad sandwiches. Lol! Pickles, onion and ketchup are all I needed. It was a perfectly smashed, handmade looking burger. Cooked to perfection and served on a lightly toasted Brioche bun. The small salad served with it was just lettuce and diced tomatoes, which leads me to believe it was more of a garnish, since it was so simple and there was no dressing or anything special to it.
