He was extremely friendly and helpful. My purchase included a men's sample kit that included quite a few vials of different colognes and some skin products. (By the way it was an awesome little kit with a great variety of products for only $15) When I finished my transaction Martin informed me of an opportunity to get a free facial. I've had a couple in the past and figured- what the heck...us guys need to look good too Martin walked me over to the Chanel counter and introduced me to Lana. She was super nice and I was able to schedule an appointment for today at 1 pm. PHENOMENAL is the best way to describe it!!! I had to remind myself that I was at Dillard's throughout the 50 mins or so session because I felt like I was in a 5 star spa. Lana was very knowledgeable and provided some great insights on my specific skin type and how to keep it looking great. The session and overall experience with Lana was truly spectacular! Give it a shot - based on my experience- you'll leave feeling refreshed and looking good!! Thanks Lana! And thanks Martin, for coordinating this!

When I called to reserve for the next day, the guy on the phone told me not to pre- pay and wait to call/ come the next morning as weather had been iffy. When I arrived they even outfitted me with a carbon paddle as I am an experienced paddler. The paddle boards were in great shape; they took the time to show you the routes and explain local fish in the water. And even the best part is their retail store which has a huge assortment of beachwear and accessories. I had bought a ton of stuff and forgot my vinyl stickers and he went across the street to Guanabanas to bring them to me! Great staff and highly efficient! I'll be back and highly recommend you rent here!

Please lookup the bikini you purchase online before shopping here- it's a great place to try on bikinis but not buy since they do this- get the better deal online get the fit in person! They have a decent selection of clothing- I see they usually stick with the same brands- and over price them you can find the same brands online for cheaper than they sell in store 90% of the time- And when you do see stuff there they sell out of season bikinis from swimsuit brands for 50$ for a top and bottom that are on the actual websites for 25 a piece. They sell outdated swimsuits for full price. I have seen multiple times online shopping here with -kuhlani- maui- brands I can't get over the fact that their cameras look like they can see into the fitting rooms. This place should maybe be checked out bc of these cameras.. it made me so incredibly uncomfortable- The employees are always very nice and helpful. Great staff- I would recommend them getting 100% sterling silver jewelry though Seeing as a lot of surfers come through if your jewelry is not 100% sterling silver it will start to tarnish. I was disappointed that they did not sell any 100% sterling silver rings or jewelry.

My gripe is with the bathing suit selection for women, and surf attire in general. They don't carry any functional bikini tops! Everything is a triangle that rushes on the bottom that 1. Will move around in the water so you can be flashing everyone and 2. Will hurt your sternum if you're surfing for longer than 20 minutes. Anything with beads, ties, other lumpy textures in the front of bathing suits is painful when you're on your front paddling. Just saying. Everything looks like surf fashion but I was hoping for actual useful surf stuff. Not many powertops or shorties for when it gets a little chilly either :-/

Pleasant surprise They are glad to give the fitting discount Meaning they wont charge you to help you find the club (s) youre looking for as long as you buy it.
